Great guy great place I can always trust ted and his employees never any problems with him very honest, quick and nice!UPDATE November 2022 brought a new used Ford Focus in there didn’t realize it had new owners running the shop. These workers told me they’d look at my car and the problems it had but when it was picked up, they let me know that they don’t like Ford to begin with, “don’t know why anyone would own one” and basically said there was nothing going on with the car. But, he also said that this car had so many problems but he couldn’t name one and didn’t list any on the diagnostic sheet. I used to really enjoy coming to teds but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I own a few older cars, so I'm always in need of some maintenance or an oil change. I've been treated well at Ted's, over and over again. Consistent, quality work.

First of all, I got pulled over last night for a tail-light out. Ugh. I went to Advanced Auto in Sandwich and was told that they couldn't sell me a bulb because it was something that had to be done through the dealership service dept. Seriously? No way!! I didn't buy that for a minute. I called Ted's Auto Repair, and was told that they close at 5 but they'd take a look at it for me. I had 10 mins to get there. I got there and the passenger light that I got stopped for was working fine!! Go figure. Second... someone had backed into me at the boat ramp a few weeks back and put a nice deep dent in the rear panel just under the left rear tail light and a hole in the Left side of the Hatch back tail lamp (but the light still worked). I had ordered a new housing which came in the mail earlier in the day. The guys (Ted, John, and Scott) replaced the broken housing, and they even popped the deep dent out that was just under the Left rear tail light. They made sure all of my lights were working!! I rode out of there about 1/2 hr later. No one complained at all about staying late to help me out!! You Guys Rock!! Thank you sooo much!! I am a very Happy Customer and would highly recommend this business for your auto service needs!!

They are a small spot near where I am currently living and they are honest an don't try to upsell you on anything you don't really need, so it's a win

My daughter and I have both had our cars serviced at Ted’s Auto Repair. We were both very happy with the repairs and cost. Ted explains the needed repairs, does an excellent job, and is easy going and kind. If you’ve had bad experiences with mechanics, you won’t with Ted. He’s an excellent mechanic and a nice guy.

In our family we have 5 cars. We bring every one of them for service / oil changes to Ted's. He always does a great job, stands behind his work, and is reasonably priced. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, I trust Ted and highly recommend him.

Ted and his team are incredibly professional, always doing the highest quality of work at very reasonable prices. Plus, he does a great BBQ on Friday afternoons! I doubt you'll find this level of service anywhere else on the Cape.

He is one of the great Auto Repair shop around. I have a SAAB and he had to work on my car for like over an hour trying to find out what n error message was telling him. And after all of that work he did, SO I have to call him and find out when it is good time to bring the car over to him for check up. And I live off Cape.. John Corbett
