We had an appointment. Waited 20 minutes so far. Asst bank manager has no idea why we're here even though paperwork should have been done. Terrible service. This is second time we've had to come here. Very lackluster approach to customer care.

I love banking here. I'm handicapped and I can do pretty much everything I need to do online. The reason I gave them only four stars is because every time I've gone to use their ATM it has not been working. Why not reload it during off peak hours? That would make much more sense. Instead, I get stuck with bank fees getting cash someplace else.

Unfortunately i have my mortgage with this terrible bank!Walked in today and needed to talk to manager about my mortgage so i was topd to wait. Two seconds later this woman comes flying out of her office, (on a broom) and yells at me that it is going to be at least 20 minutes so you might want to try some other time!!!Taking my 900,000$ mortgage elsewhere b*****

Disappointing.I have had a mortgage through them since 2017. They were great to work with then, but when I contacted them recently to speak about a refinance, they routed me to John Wells.It took him 10 days to connect with me only to tell me that their current rate of 3.3 is only a bit lower than my current mortgage rate. He explained that it is because they are so busy that they are trying to discourage more people from refinancing; they want to keep their customer level low in order to focus on good customer service. Then he said I should be talking to my original loan officer about it (though I was given his name to contact by the bank).The whole experience wasted my time and made me feel unwanted. It's ironic that they've increased their rates to provide better customer service. How about you just focus on retaining the customers you have? Wouldn't that be an idea??I will be transferring my loan elsewhere and will never come back here for any of my banking needs.

I've been doing my banking with Cape Cod Five for quite a few years and have never had even a hint of a bad experience. All of the people at the Centerville Branch are always more than willing to do whatever they can to make all my banking requirements as easy and trouble free as possible. If I could give them 10 stars I would have.

If you like chronically out of service ATM's then this the place for you. Here's a treat: when the ATM is in service I can't deposit a paycheck into my account even when the paycheck is drawn on Cape Cod 5. The best part is when you deposit cash into one of their ATM's and it prints a receipt with the deposit amount, but the money doesn't get credited to your account! Fun!! Then you get to go into the main branch and fill out a form so they can recover your funds. That's 3 wasted days while your money is in limbo. I've never tried the cookies in the lobby, but they probably taste like poo.

Charged a fee not on the fee schedule. Fee was hidden on page 17 of Terms and Conditions in small print. I recommend a different banking provider.

Any bank that can't manage a simple stop payment without screwing it up, shouldn't be doing business! I placed a stop payment on a specific check and they stopped payment on the WRONG check!! Time to shop for a new bank!
