“Johnathan W 181 was amazing calming presence super kind and made a horrible situation a little less terrible. Very accommodating of where I wanted to tow and offered to follow us. He provided receipt and made sure to say take a copy of the original it’s easier to read and at least you’ll have a copy on your phone to email insurance incase you loose the slip. Just reminded me of silly things you don’t think about when your panicked.”
