They charged me a full month's rent on a bin after they took my money on autopay the day before I moved out. Their phone system is impenetrable and there was no way to let them know I was moving out without going there in person. They refused to refund the money even though I told them I was moving out on the day they billed me on autopay. They said if I had notified them the day before, that wouldn't have been a problem.
Be careful with these people. They are sneaky about getting money from you.

Call this store this morning tot get a refund for a $20 āafter hoursā fee I was charged after I only had he rental for about 6 hours. The general manager Barbara answered the phone and was very rude and not accommodating at all. Said I cant get my $20 back because I returned the rental after the store was closed. I am not going online to check in any rental after I use use it. THATS YOUR JOB. Any way very rude and unprofessional. If you rent a truck request your full 24 hours.

No issues ordering and picking up a Curt hitch. Well packed and not even a scratch. It installed better than the Sube OEM hitches I have done previously. Corey went out of his way to keep me informed and even offered advice on installing. Good price too - $50 less than other quotes and delivered quickly.
I noticed that these guys are really busy and working their butts off to service customers. Cut them some slack and expect reasonable delays and minor issues. It's the Cape, it's summer, the economy is booming.

Customer service was horrible got charged for something I shouldnāt have and then called to speak to a manager who had no idea what I was talking about! And said to just call backā¦ and talk to another manager? Sketchy checkin with an associate who just got in trouble in front of customers for his poor customer service, doesnāt tell us where to go. Wonāt be using again Worst experience

Our experience with UHaul Hyannis was great and we have Arianna to thank for that! She was pleasant, efficient , provided money saving options, and made the entire experience stressfree. Truck was well maintained, clean, and had a ramp which was super helpful, as well.
