Ive been shopping in Ulta for more years than I can count. Maybe approx 5 years ago, I stopped, as the staff were a huge disappointment, unhelpful, and unhappy! Fast forward i went back again maybe a year ago, and how pleasantly surprised to see a total new staff, who were absolutely Amazing!! Ive been in several times now, and its consistently a totally new atmosphere, high energy, incredibly helpful, very kind staff!! Sooo happy to see the was finally addressed!

Terrible experience. I asked for a specific haircut and got the opposite—they just rushed through and chopped my hair. The salon manager was rude, dismissive, and actually called me unprofessional, even though I’m the client. I’m shocked. Can’t believe no one notices how she treats people. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ulta — where everybody knows your name. 🙂 Stopped in just to browse and was greeted by name by Kelly, Alice then had my brows done by Veronica. Brows came out great. It’s nice to see that Ulta keeps their team. Makes the store feel more home-y. Great staff, service, selection.

Stopped by Ulta to get some advice on what I could use to help with 2 different beauty issues that have been driving me crazy. Janelle helped me find the solutions to my issues and taught me exactly how to use the products. FYI the products were also budget friendly so thank you so much Janelle, I really appreciate the help:)

My favorite self care is to browse skincare & cosmetics in a clean, organized, store w/ kind employees and today’s trip to Ulta did not disappoint! The team was so helpful and pleasant. The manager was especially helpful finding everything my mom needed and associate Claire helped me to redeem a gift card that I had difficulty redeeming at other locations. She was cheery and knowledgeable and they both really made our day. Thank you for the excellent service ladies! 🩷🧡🩷🧡

I regularly see Veronica Ryder at the Hyannis location of Ulta beauty. She is an eyebrow expert and is always keeping my eyebrows just beautiful.🤗
I’ve used her for my threading and for lamination. Very professional.

Go to Sephora
The Ulta Hyannis store should just be closed. The sale they have running starting yesterday has no products left in the store and they can’t order any. So the ideas to get you in the store under the assumption there’s a sale and then tell you they don’t have any sale items. That wouldn’t be terrible if the.” Manager” Wasn’t so nasty about it. “It’s not our fault it’s the manufacturers fault” I repeatGo to Sephora!!

Took my wife in to get her hair done 11am on a Saturday, hoping for a walk in, first time customer , not knowing how things work in Hyannis, the woman laughed in our face, we'll never go back, I work in the service Industry, we're backed up 2 weeks for appointments, if someone asked for a walk in they get 1 of 2 responses, either you're welcome to wait if there's a cancelation, no garuntees tho, or sorry, we're booking out 2 weeks can I schedule your appointment.

I’ve been visiting Veronica for brow services for six months now. I had tinting & waxing done for the first time. For a senior who walked in with hardly any brow, I walked out very satisfied indeed. And I didn’t need tattooing!!! She showed me which products & how to apply on my own.
She is very knowledgeable about her trade; taking classes to expand & enhance her repertoire.
I highly recommend Veronica. She’s a keeper!

This has to be the BEST Ulta in Massachusetts- especially the salon. If you want a place where the possibilities are beautiful and hate has no home then this is where you should be!

Store is clean, lots of options from $$$ to $ great variety. No one asked me if I needed assistance with any thing but overall great products and got what I needed
