Was having trouble with my old service provider and went in to switch to Verizon. Nate was great to work with and explained all my options to get out of my old phone plan and into Verizon. Very friendly staff

Brin saved my day. He was patient, kind, and pro. Skip the place across the street - they laughed at me for even showing up there without an appointment after a hour + drive.

Was turned away at the corporate store due to not making an appointment, went across the street to the cape cod Mall and was assisted by a welcoming Verizon representative who helped me save money and purchase a new phone.

Az and Ryan were an absolute pleasure! Very professional and knowledgeable. They assisted me with a phone trade in and made the entire process so easy!! They answered all my questions. Ryan put my new screen protector on and it’s perfect! I’m so glad I didn’t have to!!I drove 50 mins and will continue to do so! I’m a customer forever!Thank you!!

The customer service at this store is outstanding! My adult son and myself were very impressed with the level of knowledge Ryan had not only about phones but about his presentation of the different options available to us. He was great. This will be the only place where I go in the future.
