I’ve had great experiences here in the past with the owner, Ross, and the other service reps, which makes this review disappointing to write.
In June, I brought my BMW in for a diagnosis that needed to be submitted to my third-party warranty company. I was told World Tech would handle the claim, and when I followed up later, I was told the service rep, Nico, couldn’t get a hold of the warranty provider — which I understood, because third-party warranty companies can be difficult to reach.
However, I only found out the truth months later in September. I went in to pick up a printout of the diagnostic report and asked another rep, Mike, for a copy. He was very helpful and printed it for me. While he was doing that, Nico overheard and dismissively told me that the warranty claim had been denied back in June and that he had already informed me — which wasn’t the case.
To confirm, I checked my voicemail and email and later spoke with the BMW representative who had been waiting for that same diagnostic report, and he told me he had never received any reply or documentation from World Tech at any point.
Between June and September, I called several times for an update and was always told Nico was unavailable or at lunch and that I’d get a call back, which never happened. A simple phone call or email in June would have saved me months of unnecessary follow-up.
I want to be fair — I’ve had excellent service here before, and I genuinely respect Ross and Mike for their knowledge and always being honest. For the service you can, usually, expect with exception to this problem with Nico, the value is in line with the cost; however, I expect clear communication and not to feel dismissed or gaslit about something as basic as whether a claim was ever submitted. I’d like to come back in the future, but this experience really shook my confidence

I'm very happy with the service I received at world tech auto. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was done in a timely manner and the people I met were curteous and professional.

I came to them because my Mini Cooper needed an oil change before I put it on the ferry to Nantucket. They were so kind to squeeze me in when they technically didn’t have room to add another vehicle to their day.
They were welcoming, fast, and the service was inexpensive. I’m so happy I found them!

I had to have a fairly extensive mechanical service done to my car. It needed to be done right away and the guys at World Tech Auto were more than gracious and got me in the same day. They do impeccable work and I never think about getting a second quote or going elsewhere to have work done. I received my car back in less one day with everything working beautifully.

Mike was great, but one of the two parts ordered did not come from RI Mercedes on the appointed day.Requiring an extra day and extra 2 car trip.Also would like a copy of your repair warranty policy
