Cops towed my car, expired Registration, a ticket would have sufficed....to tow the car 12 miles and store it overnight almost 600 dollars!!...robbery! Stay away!....BBB will hear.

Ziggys is a ripped me off big time
They took an 8 hr job max and Forbes it into 3 days and did it wrong!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
They complained that there was a video for install. The funny thing is, it was a very detailed video in audio installation video on a project that was extremely simple
As a matter of fact, I was not late as they say. I was there on time.
Another great idea they had was to put a rocker switch an on off switch in a position that when you close the front door you can no longer use this switch. Because it's behind the door great job, guys
Also, they mounted my light bar wrong. When brought 2 another professional someone who knew what they were doing, they laughed and showed me the right way. It should have been mounted
Also, they don't know how to seal properly. They put a whole bunch of sealant in big globs, without care of cleanliness and didn't pay attention to the fact that there might be shrinkage during drying more was added after they were done otherwise it would have lea
They've come up with these excuses and excuses to do a 3 day job. That should have only taken five hours, as i've seen a diy guy, do it in five hours.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I WENT AND GOT THE JOB PROPERLY AT A PLACE JUST OFF CAPE, ABOUT TWO THIRDS, THE PRICE

They are price gouging. Charged me $250 worth of "admin" and "move to public area" fees to get my car towed from them. They also overcharged me one day for storage. The first AAA tow truck I called had a RIVALRY with Ziggys, and could not tow my car at all. I had to wait, alone, in the SECOND parking lot I was sent to because they were unorganized and couldn't figure out where my car was, for 3 hours while AAA tried to find a truck that could tow me. Ziggys ended up doing it through AAA because no one else could tow me; I haven't recieved my car and its been 5 hours since this interaction. This place is absolutely ridiculous in the way they handle anything, this was blatantly the worst experience of my life. If you could pick anywhere else to go, may that be so far out of your way, I would still go somewhere else. Absolutely astonished how the state could do business with them with all of these issues attached. Do not go here.

Hidden fees good luck getting anything in writing. Says you need to pay in cash and very rude when you question them.

I came to these guys to do the tint and install LED headlights, but guys only did the tint. In a week and a half of waiting for an answer, only a call from them regarding the supply of spare parts, I had already moved to live in another state. It took a very long time to resolve the issue, no one even tried to speed up this process in any way and did nothing in the end.

Towed my car .my car 1/4 mile away from my driveway. No one asked for my keys they were in my pocket. They charged almost $800. 108 towing fee108 adminstration fee150 wrap windows fee. *why not ask for keys) 75 debree fee 108 gate fee. 84 truck time. 35 a day storage 3 days hoildayweeked 10521 milage fee7 fuel surcgarge..All future customers should take into account thereLack of ethictsAnd overwillingness to rip people off.Very sad outfitI wondered how they srayed in business.
