Luckily I had a full warranty on the vehicle and he took care of everything. All he asked for was the phone number of the warranty company. Will be taking my vehicle here for all future car needs/repairs. They even washed and cleaned the car prior to pickup.”
“I highly recommend Guy’s Autobody. Brian, the owner, did a great job in repairing my son’s car due to an accident. Not only did he squeeze us in during a very busy time, he also intervened on my behalf with my insurance company to get a correct appraisal on the damage and allow proper time to complete the needed repairs. This helped us keep the rental car (which was covered by my insurance) as long as needed. (They were only going to cover the rental based on their initial estimate on the time needed to complete repairs. Brian was able to negotiate a more realistic
time frame with them). Brian was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed on everything during the entire process. I will definitely use him for any of my autobody work should the need arise again in the future.”

“The people at OB's are great, and the service is excellent. I recently had bodywork done on the entire right side of my car which got badly scratched. When the panels were replaced and painted, there was no way to tell that it was ever damaged. The work was done quickly, and my questions about progress of the repair were readily answered.”
“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

“Wonderful people and my car was in better shape than before the accident (which was not my fault). They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.) Convenient location right off the #73 bus line. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.”

“Archstone Auto Body was an initial shot in the dark. I went of reviews from other customers, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Hermann over there was wonderful to deal with, especially when describing what he thought needed to be done. I has a question about dropping the car off late on a Sunday, and I sent an email, which he returned promptly and pleasantly. When the work was done, he said he didn't like how it came out, so he had to respray the car. It's nice to have someone objective on your side. I picked the car up, it looked gorgeous, and it looks like I found a trustworthy and reliable shop in this area!! Thanks Hermann!!!!!”

“High Q Auto Body - AMAZING!
These guys recently fixed the bumper and undercarriage to our Infiniti QX60. Insurance estimate was around $7,500 of damage and High Q fixed it better than new. The accident knocked forward cameras off alignment and High Q coordinated with the dealer to get this fixed, saving us time. All we had to do was drop off the car and two weeks later it was fixed like new. The shop is run professionally and with integrity that shows in the work. High Five for High Q!”
“Wow!!! I had such an incredible experience here! This is the first time I've ever had to go to an auto body shop so I was quite nervous about choosing the right one, especially since I was paying out of pocket. Got recommended J&K by all my neighbors. Other body shops wanted to replace my entire door, but J&K were confident they could hammer out the dents without me needing to pay for a whole new door panel. Because of this I was able to get a quote that was MUCH lower than other auto body shops were estimating. When I dropped my car off, there was a bit of confusion about the initial quote, but the owner actually ended up promising to do the repairs for a bit *less* than originally quoted. They did an absolutely stellar job! My car looks brand new. They even cleaned/detailed the inside and outside of it thoroughly - I think they even buffed out some minor unrelated scratches. I could not be more happy! And as promised I didn't pay a cent more than we agreed upon. I'll never take my car anywhere else! Thank you!!!”
