My wife and I purchased a LG refrigerator on a Monday and it was delivered, set up, and in use on Wednesday. Try that at a big box store! Doyon's is simply the best.

This is our second time purchasing appliances from Doyons. The first time was for an entire kitchen package. Recently all we needed was a Washing machine. Our experience was excellent in both occasions and can’t recommend them enough. Delivery was efficient and The team was very careful and helpful

Nice staff at Bedford location. Handled questions, found model at lower price. Told us day to expect the delivery during checkout. Delivery notification was excellent, kept apprised with reminders via email and text several days out. On the day of delivery they sent an early morning text to let us know who was coming, how many deliveries there were in front of us, the 2 hour window to expect the delivery, and later sent a 15 min-out notification. The pair of delivery men were excellent. Handled the removal of old fridge and prepared new fridge install. Had to take house door off its hinges to get fridge thru doorway. No problems. They took photos of the serial and model number and sent a follow up report of the install with the photos.

Doyons is always helpful and informative. Just had a washer dryer delivered and installed. Jose and Jonathan were so professional and polite. Very hard workers who wanted everything to be perfect. And it was!

Everything went exactly to plan. With excellent communication from Doyon's, we knew exactly when to expect delivery of our dryer. Because it was a gas dryer, Doyon's arranged to have a plumber arrive concurrently to make sure installation was quick and efficient.

We had a great experience dealing with the sales staff at Doyon’s. We purchased several new appliances for a new kitchen. They were always there to help with our questions throughout the process. Delivery was great. They kept me posted all day. Customer service is great! Kudos to Andy and all the staff there at Doyon’s!
