Do not book a car through here as there is nobody working here and the desk is permanently unattended. We arrived with a prepaid reservation and nobody was there. We were not told in advance about this either.

Do not book through Hertz at this location, it is no longer staffed. Arrived with a booking and no one was there. We never received a cancellation email and customer service were unhelpful and unaware that this location was unstaffed. Ended up having to book a replacement car from another company at an inflated price. Will never book with Hertz again.

Arrived here with a prepaid car rental reservation to find this location has been closed but I never received a cancellation email from Hertz. After long phone calls to their customer service centre they couldn't immediately offer a refund either and had to escalate it. Just awful and will never book Hertz again.

Update as of 7/26/2022: This location is now open 8AM - 6PM M-F, closed on Sat/Sun.This location (and the non-existent 380 Hanscom Dr Bedford) are closed permanently since the pandemic. The Budget/Avis which is in the same location is open.

I have bee trying all day to contact this location to change my drop off location and I cannot connect. When I call the main headquarters they also can't get me through/ keep dropping my call. I started this endeavor at noon and it is now 4pm. Unreal. I've never used herz before and I will not be using them again. I've had way better luck being jerked around by other car rentals

I echo previous reviews, my experience here was miserable. I went called an agent to book a car, and he told me that I could book a compact car for $300/week, that was the cheapest that he could do. I thought that this was excessive, so I went to the website and booked a reservation 5 minutes later at the same pick up site for $100/week less. When I called the manager and said that the representative that I spoke to had been polite yet incompetent, he told me that he that there was a history of price discrepancies and that he would make a note. Don't trust anyone that you speak to here, and you will probably save money by taking a cab to another car rental location as opposed to trusting the uninformed clowns who work here.
