Shopping at home goods WalthamIn kitchen department i ask employee for help she put her arm air like she didn’t understand me. Than I saw woman coming out of a back room she was so helpful not only did she find what needed . She walk me through out the store showing me so many new itemsI only planned on buying few item $300 later. I turn to her and said thank for all your help her name tag Kathy.I only shop in Framingham because I live in natick. But I’ll back because of the great customer service from from your employee

It is a very good store, they have a lot of products in good price and good quality. But one of the bed desk I was trying to buy has some problems, I asked for discount and was trying to use the money I save to fix it. But the manager only provided 2 dollars off, so I did not take it.
