My husband and I have used H&R Block for years. We filed our taxes at the Bedford location with Wendy and she screwed it up. My husband was getting ready to deploy when we realized we were shorted 3 thousand dollars, so we made sure to bring the documents in as soon as possible. Wendy never contacted us. I had to physically go into the office to get a response. Which even still she was “busy” and I would need to come back at a later date. When I was finally able to meet with me she was very short and rude and said it wasn’t her problem. She at first told me the return was wrong due to the advanced child tax and then when I questioned her about it possibly being our adoption she told me she was just guessing and didn’t really know. She told me to call the IRS myself and she couldn’t help me any further. We paid you guys to file our taxes correctly and this is how you treat your military community? I’ll definitely be spreading the word to the base not to use your location. I’m extremely disappointed and my husband is trying how to resolve this while deployed in the Middle East. Way to go. ??
