I been at the store many times , spending a lot money, everything is amazing around here, toys, all the games the way the store is setting up, BUT EMPLOYEES ARE VERY BAD!!!!
NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND NOT RESPECT!! ,
i was ready to pay for my stuff and the girls ask me for my phone number such i give it to her ,
she ask how she can pronounce my name and started to laughing,
my name was spelled wrong and she laughed about it!! is not ok, then she said oh i don’t know if i can’t fixed bla bla, even i has to tell her that is NOTHING TO LAUGH ABOUT IT!! //another and the only one NICE EMPLOYEE that you have on that shift, come out and said i will do it , and he tried to stay in there and look.
He listened, i think he notice that’s i was very upset, and is not ok to you have a kind the person who laughs on your customers,
while they’re wrapping my toys they keep laughing quietly and is not ok at all; i definitely will refrain to get in there and tell also my friends which i been recommended a lot people , also another time they was looking on another person an saying what she is doing in here she should be on a nurse home!!. THEY HAS TO RESPECT EVERY ONE!! customer spend money at your store.

The Bedford store manager, Caitlin was extremely helpful in assisting me picking out gifts. She told me the shipping services by Learning Express which was less expensive than the USPS and no size restrictions. I have been shopping at the store for a few years. Love the gift wrapping services. Staff are nice and helpful at the store.

This is the only Learning Express with a Play Center and I cannot understand why the concept didn’t take off. We hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and Jeri and her team did an absolutely outstanding job attending to every detail. We just had to bring the cake. The kids had a blast in the play center before Elsa made a surprise appearance to make balloon animals for the kiddos and capped it all off with cake and snacks in the frozen-themed party room. We got to pick the theme. They were open to most anything. They took care of everything and were so thoughtful! Highly recommend this place for your next kids’ party.

This indoor play center is underrated and deserved additional attention. The facilities including both play area, dine area, and restroom are very clean. Thanks to high ceiling, the air circulation at the center allow refreshing environment, when compared with other indoor playground. There are several areas with different themes for the kids to play. Big slide, trampoline, rock climbing, and gym areas are also included. Our kids always have so much fun there for a whole day of play. We usually go to Mc Donald nearby and then come back. The ticket allows multiple in and out on the same day so it is a great deal.

This place is special. The employees are very helpful. The toy selection is unique. We had our daughters birthday here and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Love this local gem!

every time I go into this store, the staff is shockingly rude. Today I went in and was looking to see what they had for Barbie and an employee came right over and said "you looking for Barbie?" and when I said "thank you, I just like to look" she said, "that's a little creepy." Seriously? If you have a problem with adults who collect dolls, maybe a toy store isn't the place for you to work! Last time I went in there I heard an employee badgering a customer who wanted to hold her own purchases. The employee said, "I better take those to the counter for you because I don't want you to break those, please." RUDE.

A world of pretend playing has a grocery store, restaurant, animal hospital, gym room, train tables, art center and more. We were invited to a birthday party here and my kid had so much fun.
