I really appreciate how helpful Will was. He helps me find stuff and when I was in line he practically jumped into the other register to help me check out. Prices are great too, and you can find lots of interesting food from all over the world. I go here all the time now!

I just went there today and the staff was super helpful and friendly, even though they were very busy (maybe corporate needs to hire more people), the staff kept their professionalism and positive attitude the whole time I was in the store. Also the store has very unique selections of products. Awesome job from the staff!

I’m a regular at this Ocean State Job Lot and it is probably the best one in the area. It’s always clean and I’ve met the manager, Dave personally and he is a very nice guy knows what he’s doing in retail for sure because everyone there is friendly and I always see the same crew of people there which means he keeps people happy, I’m 100% honest. I’ve never met a mean or rude person working at Ocean State Job Lot Bedford. Informative and friendly service and they always got what I need. And if they don’t have what I need, they always go the extra mile and look for other stores that have the product that I need in the area. Also there’s a man that works in the service desk and he is always so friendly whenever I go in there I always try to go to him because he’s always got a big smile on his face. I hope that people read this review and understand that this is an Ocean State Job Lot that is truly something special and is worth the trip going to.

Great price for certain items/good pricing. Even better for random great deals on specialized items, which unfortunately aren't stocked consistently. It's the luck of the draw unless you visit multiple times a week. Turnover is fast, and many items are (micro) seasonal

The cashier in the bedford store was ill mannered and non cooperative. She needs more training on how she should behave with customers.

Had heard about this place and visited today for the first time and the last time. The cashier informed me of some special deal that was going on and I declined since I was only there for the day and I did not want to supply my phone number and email. Both the cashier and the customer after me suggested I give them my discount. And when I declined, they were both a little disrespectful to me. Not very good customer service Ocean State Job Lot Bedford, Mass.

the two young gentlemen who checked me out were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. though i did not chose to sign up for a rewards- they were very informative and knowledgeable about the savings! they even helped direct me to a store closer to my home town!i didn't get their names, but they made the experience 5 stars worthy- id definitely shop this location again!thanks guys! :)

check the dates. Some food products are outdated. The colberg sanitzer spray (similar to lysol) was outdated a year in both waltham and bedford mass. The manager stated that they were just sent these items back in december and would send the company an email to alert them.
