I had my haircut with Pino today, and it was such a great experience. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with every step. I noticed how kind and patient he was with clients of all ages, which says a lot about the care they give here. The salon is spotless, peaceful, and has a calming vibe that makes getting your hair done feel like a treat. I’ve been searching for the right place for a long time, and I’m so happy to say I finally found it. Thank you, Salon Rayna! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was in the Bedford area for dinner and stopped in at Salon Reyna. I was looking for a touch up/with some curls. Marty was happy to help, and he heated up the curling iron even though they were about to close for the night. I was so impressed with the service, and how personable he was. I highly recommend Salon Reyna.

Salon Reyna is a charming, local shop with expert hair stylists. They are friendly from the moment you enter the door until you leave feeling well-cared for. Katherine Desarnis has been my stylist for at least five years; she is highly skilled, innovative, flexible and accommodating. Describe what it is you’d like to have done, Katherine will tell you if it is possible with your type of hair, when completed, if it is a new style, and you do not feel comfortable with the new do, she will offer to redo at no charge. I highly recommend this salon.

Great vibes in the salon! Catherine is skilled! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, (I never do), just that I’ve been wanting to go short. She offered great advice, the layering is great and felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

I moved to Bedford 4 years ago after living in Lexington most of my adult life. I felt a bit secluded and yes it's pretty but took some getting use to.
I was on the bike path riding one day and happened to Salon Reyna. When I made an appointment I was greated by the owner Lorri and she couldn't have been more personable and authentic. She did my make up using Mary Kay Products. (talk about a blast from the past ). With no pressure to purchase anything she applied the make up sharing her technique and I learned a lot in a very short time. She listened to me and applied the makeup gently without making it overdone. I had my hair done by Alex who is very talented and we just clicked. I had a function to attend that night and I must say I looked pretty good with their help.
I was very impressed with the friendliness, and laid back attitude of the staff. It really amazed me to see that the salon helps people with thinning hair or hair loss from chemo , aging or other reasons.
Lorrie has a back room where her staff are highly trained to fit a hair piece on top of the head and match it to your exact color. A remarkable transformation gives her clients a new lease on life.
I was very excited to see a beautiful large display of costume jewelry with reasonable prices. Some pieces mostly necklaces were very great looking . There are a variety of styles something for everyone. I picked out several of pieces for holiday gift giving and must admit bought one for myself.
I don't usually do this but salon offers great services. I'm really glad I found it.

I bleached my hair and ruined it at home and was in desperate need to fix it. I tried calling multiple places and got INSANELY expensive quotes just for a color correction and that didn’t include a haircut, style, coloring etc.
I searched on google and stumbled upon Salon Reyna. I called for a last minute appointment on the weekend and they were able to book me first thing in the morning.
I got my hair color fixed, a glaze, a Brazilian blowout and a cut for less than what other salons were charging for JUST a color correction.
I was treated so nicely, was helped to pick out the right color mix that would suit me, offered beverages and walked out SO HAPPY!
My hair feels great and I will definitely be back! Thank you Salon Reyna :)

Just got my hair cut today there and asked that he, Marty, keeps my hair long I just needed a trim and add back some long layers. He cut at least 2.5 inches above what I said was the absolute max which is really infuriating. Honestly I will never go back there because of the complete disregard of my feelings on it and initial request. I went home and cried.

If you are not coming here for all your hair needs, I don’t know what you are doing with your life! These ladies are fantastic! Amazing looking hair, amazing ladies…you can’t beat that!!! So glad that I found them on our trip up the coast this year:)

Catherine is amazingly skillful with blonde highlights and cuts that are flattering and wear well. She’s also extremely attentive and listens to what you say. Thank you! Thank you! I want to start blending in my gray and have been wanting to do this for the past two years. The other salon I've been too has always talked me out of it. I saw Alex and he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. I already knew it was going to be a multisession process and was glad he knew to set the expectations as such. First session went great.

Went to Salon Reyna for the first time in January. Catherine did an excellent job on my root color touch up (and covering my grays) and beautiful blond highlights. I will definitely be back.
