Poorly managed with a poor attitude. Female Manager insisted my Temp NH license was a photo copy. Proceeded to come up with 10 other excuses not to serve me. Staff was unable to get their own computer system to work. Rude and unhelpful even when I was more polite than the situation called for. Several other customers left unhappy in the 20 minutes I was there. Would avoid entering this bank at all costs. 2 stars because atleast the ATM works

Very poor experience so far: being a VIP business customer since 2002 and personal customer since 1997, with hundreds of thousands on deposit with the bank - the level received from the branch manager: Nadia Haddad was below average.First she wanted to brush me off to their online customer service, but I called her up on the promise of "America's Most Convenient Bank" - she finally got me seated at her table, took information and promised to own the issue of enabling wire transfers on the account.No response, no follow-up for over 1 week.I ended up contacting customer care only to learn nobody contacted them from the branch, so I had to start over.At the end I've learned that I still have to go back to the branch and get their assistance, so I am not looking forward to it after the service received from Nadia Haddad.I am now looking for another bank to take my business to.TD Bank - before putting the tag of Convenience on your doors: make it truly worth customers' time and effort to do business with you, what a shame!

I was going by the town so I stopped at the closest td, I wanted to withdraw some money so I went inside and worked with a rep that was on the third front desk. The rep asked me why did I want to take that amount of money asked me for an ID I gave it to her and then asked me if I had my passport with me of course I didn’t because who carries that around,I was also even asked if I worked.At one point I gave her all that she asked for and she was still doubting me for some reason. The amount of money I was taking out wasn’t even a great amount for me to be asked so many questions when I clearly do it all the time seen in my recent transactions. One of the other reps that was taking care of the floor was very lovely took over and helped me out without any problem. Never going to this location again not a good way to treat customers.

Shannan is great, but she is the only person who knows how to do banking at this location. Go to the Arlington branch instead.

Their service was simply phenomenal. I felt like a member of the TD Ameritrade family. I went in just to sign my notary but their positive and welcoming atmosphere left me wanting to open an account with them. I can trust them with both my money and soul. Also their lollipops tasted great.

Very slow service. Currently standing in 5-person deep line and instead of helping customers, one of the tellers is answering the phone instead. Ridiculous. Will be transferring to BOA across the street.

Having worked in banks and sales a large portion of my life I understand wanting to create an “opportunity” for someone as a client however when said client says they’re not interested and you continue to ask why, that is being combative and is not the experience I want to have while controlling my money. Also to go even further and when I tell you nicely, “ Hey I’m in sales I get it but I’m on a time constraint and honestly have enough credit cards” and you passive aggressively recount my money 3 TIMES after I counted it in front of you. Not ok. Watch the cameras if you don’t believe me. I’m giving you two stars because you were nice enough to call me regarding my card which I accidentally left at your establishment but I won’t be back nor will I recommend this branch to anyone.

It appears that if you cash a check belonging to their customer, it is not enough to give them two IDs. The manager Andrew West was a racist as they get. What a horrible experience!!! Won’t bank with this bank!!!!

We had a safe deposit box at this branch for many years. My wife and I went to this bank to get access to our safe deposit box on 12/15/2021. We were told that we were in arrears for the box rental for 2 years, a total sum of $220.00.When my wife asked the lady at the bank, assistant manager (?), if there are any discounts that we are entitled to because of our accounts with the bank, she thought we were, but needed to start the application process again. She suggested that we talk to the manager, who at that time was fulfilling the job of a teller.He told my wife that she would have to wait her turn till he took care of a new walk-in customer, in spite of the fact that my wife was waiting to talk to him ahead of the new customer.He then walked over and was harsh to us and said that we were not entitled to any customer discounts. He was curt and unprofessional.He, Mr. Andrew West, also said that1. he has been a manager for a long time at the branch and that he sent out a memo about the price increase for the safe deposit boxes and a notice about our non payment of the rental.2. I was at the bank sometime in the month of April, 2021, and accessed my safe deposit box. I was not told at that time that that there was a payment due for the box rental. I was able to access my safe deposit box.3. I do not recall the bank sending a note about rental due. Typically, the bank sends a note about rental fee with an advisory that the rental would be deducted from our account. We did not receive any such reminder.We are Asians, and suspect that the actions of this Manager were, may be, prompted because of our race and how we look.4. We have several accounts with TD Bank at the Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA branch. The staff at this branch are very professional: they are courteous and helpful all the time. Mr. West should take some lessons on customer relationship from folks at this TD Bank branch.To summarize, we like TD Bank. However, we were treated in an unprofessional manner by the manager at the Bedford, MA bank. We are glad that we do NOT conduct our business at this branch any more.

went in to ask about an account that I tried opening online, however cannot complete because of identity verification. sat with a gentleman at a desk who wasn't able to help me. The gentleman took my information and told me he would call me back within the day. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything back.

My experience with this bank and the people in this branch has always been excellent!! They are helpful, knowledgeable and professional!! I am very sad that the branch is closed now because I have a fraud problem and they know me so I wouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get help!! I hope they didn’t loose their jobs. They were all a credit to the bank, especially Andrew!! He was most helpful to me the last time I had a problem and he fixed it very quickly and my money was returned. I hope to see Andrew and the rest of the team at Bedford returned very soon. Thank you!
