The atmosphere was really cozy and perfect for a date night. The service was really good. Food could be better, a lot of the desserts come out really cold.

The quintessential date place. Most romantic atmosphere of all restaurants.

Quite the experience with 4 courses! Makes cooking your own food fun but also brings everyone together. The food was excellent, and the number of options is great. Wonderful selection of drinks. The atmosphere was pretty good it just tends to get smokey. The layout of the restaurant is quite the labyrinth, though, so when you get up to find the bathroom, bring a map.

We love fondue, so this was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday! With the cost of going out to eat on the rise, it's nice to see that you can have a delicious experience for a great price on Thursday nights! I highly recommend this restaurant, if anyone wants to try something a bit different and scrumptious! ? The owner Kate came by to check on our meal and we had a lovely chat!

This place is great for those who like an interactive dining experience. Portions are on the smaller side, but the sauces are all pretty delicious. Wouldn't make this a regular place to visit, but is fun for birthday parties and other similar events.

Our waiter was inattentive. We sat there for almost 3 hours. We waited in between courses for him to arrive to clear then another 15 min to bring our next course. Drinks ran dry. I have been many times, this was my worst experience. All to do with the wait staff.

What an amazing time. The melting pot is more than a restaurant, it’s truly an experience. The food was delicious with so many options. The server was knowledgeable and gave her own recommendations (which were delicious). The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Lastly, it had a cozy and hospitable vibe, I would definitely return. It should be noted that they are very accommodating of allergies so do not fear. You must come here!Vegetarian options: They have an entire vegetarian entree.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans and great for a gluten allergy.

Went from a 5 star experience with Peter before Christmas to probably the worst dining experience tonight. Our waitress ( Breanna I think?) literally took our order and disappeared for the night. We ordered our cheese fondue (dirty small plates brought by a busboy) and drinks. Twice staff asked if we were all set with our cheese fondue when we were actively eating. Salad came at the same time as the cheese. We went for the ‘Steak Lover’s’ for two. We chose the grill option. Our drinks were empty halfway through the meal. Our check was dropped on our table before our desert even arrived- and we had to eat our cheesecake with fondue forks (which was somewhat comical if I’m honest). So- we didn’t have forks, napkins or drinks for dessert. Honestly- management shouldn’t take 8:45 dinner reservations if the staff is unable or unwilling to serve them. We also spent the majority of our meal listening to the staff talk about having to “drive back to Ayer” and do this and that punctuated by jokes and giggling directly behind our table. Our first experience there: $180 bill with $100 gratuity. Our last experience there ever: $150 bill with $50 tip.Also- the manager and the hostess were the same blonde women as the last time we went- but the whole experience was COMPLETELY different.
