“We have a twelve week old pup and our introductory visit to this veterinary practice was terrific. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly (we met Gabby), and our vet tech Grace was super skillful, caring and efficient. Dr McCullough got right down on the floor and our pup sat in her lap for the exam, shot etc...what a great experience! She took her time with us and was informative and very kind. “We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians.The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff.The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.”

“I have been consistently impressed and touched with each and every one of the staff at West Concord Animal Hospital. They are so caring, knowledgeable and accommodating and they are never rushed. They always zoom in immediately on the pets to make a genuine connect with each one that I have observed. She drives all the way from Arlington just because of the great staff here after having not so great experiences locally. “My dog is being treated for Cushing's disease and goes to Blue Pearl for ultrasounds and other tests. The staff is wonderful, friendly, caring and above all knowledgeable. “Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. “They've been able to get my dogs in for urgent appointments, and we moved our elderly husky there because they were able to get her in same day for an urgent foot issue that ultimately required surgical intervention that they performed. She did fantastic, we were there several times over two weeks for follow ups. Had another urgent issue arise and they were still able to fit in same day.”

“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be using this vet in the future.”
“Dr. Silk and her staff are amazing! My three dogs and cat have been cared for by her for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has warmth and care, actually knows my pets and their personalities, I know I can trust her with my dear family members. Jen at the front desk is an animal lover and my dogs love to greet her and get kisses. The techs are kind and capable, keep my boys from getting too anxious. Dr. Silk is one of a kind, I can't say enough about her!”
“It has taken me a few months to write this review, as our outcome was not a happy one. Our sweet pittie, Sugar, had been experiencing relentless blood in her stool and several doctors were unable to figure out what was going on. Enter Dr. Kern. My husband and I are so grateful for this man for discovering what was wrong. Determined isn't strong enough of a word to describe his approach to figuring out what was going on with our sweet girl. Dr. Amato was her incredible surgeon and the level of care couldn't have been better. You could really feel her thoroughness and love for Sugar. Dr. Matthews and the oncology team showered our girl with love (and treats!) with every chemo appointment. I don't know how its possible, but Sugar was even happier after leaving the hospital. Though our girl fought so hard to stay, we did have to make the difficult decision to say goodbye so she didn't suffer. The empathy and care they took into this was so greatly appreciated. Being able to be there for your little love while they depart in such a caring environment truly is a gift. We miss our girl so much, but in all the darkness of grief, we are reminded of MCRH and how thankful we are for the love and help with her quality of life in her last few months. They gave us more time with our girl. If you are on the fence at all with bringing your pet here, please trust me in saying that they put their whole heart and soul into what they do. They treat your animal as if they were their own.”

“Ledgebrook kennel takes amazing care of my dog! He is always so excited and happy to be there. They separate the dogs into groups for play and they all get one on one attention as well. The kennel is well organized and the staff are all incredibly sweet. They have a veterinary clinic on site that we have used many times to help care for injury or ailment for our dog. The staff at the clinic are great as well. They also have a groomer on site.”

“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.”
“I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.”

“After trying 4 different clinics in the area I Thankfully found Weston Vet Clinic. Everything about this Vet clinic is wonderful. Perfect customer service from the front staff, technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable and all of the doctors are simply amazing and attentive to all of my four cats individual needs. I primarily see Dr. Mackey but have also seen two other wonderful vets there. I drive 40 miles after moving but I don’t mind the drive because they are worth every mile. I am so thankful for this vet clinic, the good work that they do, and for the staff and doctors there. I HIGHLY recommend them.”

“The Cat Doctor is the best vet I have ever been to or heard of. Both the doctors (in my case, Dr. Richards) and even the front desk staff are highly knowledgeable and clearly caring.They are cat people through and through, and if you are a cat owner in the area, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. I am pretty sure the front desk staff know more about cats than some vets do at other offices.I am so grateful that I took my 13 year old kitty here. I tried three other vets and experienced everything from apathy to downright inaccurate information. As long as I live nearby, I will never need to look for a vet again :)”
