Got quoted $99 a month first month free. Had to pay $75 day one and now the bill for second month is $177 plus another charge for insurance. I left a message for manager to call to see why there's a difference. But nobody called. Really don't care I'm homeless and trying to find a place to live. Just sucks getting charged more than quoted.

The most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. Getting charged a 46 dollar late fee without any mailed invoice or email regarding it after I had just told their customer care representative that the bill would be paid that afternoon or the following morning.
Don’t even bother trying to get a military discount for your service either. Per their policy, you must be listed on the unit or the spouse of one of the people on the unit yet there’s literally no place to list others on your unit. We were misinformed of this and told I would be called to confirm my military service but it’s been months with no call.
Their customer service refuses to get me in touch with the manager to resolve anything. All they do is interrupt you mid sentence and tell you you’re wrong. Okay then, if I’m wrong.. I still want a manager to speak to since I was ill advised of military discounts. I pay to rent that unit yet for whatever reason am not entitled to at least that one small thing.
Don’t bother trying to reach a manager either as they are somehow “in a meeting” “not here” “busy at the moment” or “on lunch” at any time of their service hours when trying to reach them.
They don’t call back to resolve anything in their “24-48 hour response time”. They don’t call back at all. Any “notes” they write in your file don’t exist either because they magically don’t have record of speaking to us regarding the discount or helping to have me listed on the unit.

Booking was kinda hard and the reservation was confusing also there was a problem with returning a temporary lock which might turn into a fine but we will see

We have just rented a storage unit. The contact was polite and thorough. The sign up was relatively easy. We have not yet seen the property but it has a high rating.

Very quick & efficient , easy to do online. Had only one issue with the gate code but, was able to call & get a temporary code. Did not have to wait for next day was able to get everything done even though it was after business hours & late at night. Customer service was amazing!
