I needed short term storage and found Cold Spring Self Storage to be an excellent option. The units have no electricity nor temperature control but this was not an issue in my case. The owners are responsive, honest, professional and easy to work with. I had a completely excellent experience.

The secluded location and absence of phone service makes you feel like the protagonist of a horror movie. The storage itself is okay. The owner is nice and accommodating. Overall the storage is perfect for the price. If you have the means to transport your belongings, skip boomerang, this will give you a much better bang for your buck.

Been using them for years. It's run by really nice family. Communication is good, prices are reasonable and I've never had issues with pests. I reccomend them wholeheartedly. They even take care of the grounds quickly during snowy season!

When we were in urgent need of storage space recently, we were very fortunate to find Cold Spring Storage. They are convenient, safe, and clean, in addition to having the best prices in the area. We were able to load/unload at midnight and in the early morning and felt safe there — they have a coded gate that allows 24-hour access. When we needed an extra unit right away a couple weeks ago, the owners (a hard-working, down-to-earth couple) immediately got back to us and prepared it. In my eyes (I am of Asian origin), they are one of the backbones that America is built upon. The warmth and comfort they provided at a time of struggle and hardship were priceless and beyond words. Would highly recommend to anybody in need.

A very bad experience with the owner. I was there to help my wife clear out the belongings of her parent’s who both passed away in 2020. We live 2 minutes away, making multiple back and forth trips. On my final trip, he was there to rudely chew me out for leaving things outside. It’s an unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of customers by a business. Do you believe I’ll ever patronize or recommend this business? Absolutely not! I should also mention that everything stored in the unit was covered in mold - it’s a damp environment. Another reason to go elsewhere.
