Ever, from ANY employee at this location!If your experience was that bad, you should have asked to speak to a manager, not just put an anonymous negative review online, naming individual employees nonetheless.Welcome to 2023 I guess.I’m sure, as with most corporations, there’s probably systems in place that address these reviews.I would suggest the corporate powers that be, take RA’s with a grain of salt.They have a great team there.Always personable and helpful.And I’m not always the easiest person to deal with!That’s part of the reason I recommend this location to friends and family.And will continue to do so!”
