Great people, great work, mechanic really knows his stuff. A return trip was my own stupidity, thankfully they didn't charge for the return trip even though I'm a believer that stupidity is billable.

Left my blower there for "2 weeks". It was stalling when hot. I was VERY clear about that. After 2 weeks it wasn't done. After a month "we haven't looked at it yet". Literally an hour after I hung up they call; "it's all set, sorry". It started when I picked it up, they said it runs fine, went to a job and WADDYAKNOW! It stalled after 10 minutes! Took my money and lied straight to my face. Go to hell. Are there any competent shops in central MA anymore?EDIT- The manager left me a message. Their jittery service writer didn't even write what I told him on the ticket, which I'm not surprised at. "Sounds like you put the wrong carb on" and that's what he wrote! I left a message with much stronger words than go to hell. After managing a car dealership for years I don't tell mechanics what I think is wrong. I tell them the symptoms and what I've done.This is my experience. Do what you want with your equipment. I'm never going here again.

Had the string head on my troy bilt trimmer fail. Unable to find a service center for that brand in my area for parts.Stopped by to see if they could help me find one. The guy there took it apart and showed me the damage.called his distributor, got the part and fixed it for a fare price even tho he. Didn't carry the brand.

Want to spend $$$$$ and be talked about to people you know- go here. Small town, small conversations are the norm. Apparently hard worked old machines are frowned upon. shiny and new only. Want parts you didnt want ordered? This is the place. Want zero cost estimates- again this.is.the.place. want to hear what they really think about what you drop off- not to you but to people you know??? This is the place. Gossip mill. Lowes is a better option. Yes machines get old, and they get worked. Thats why they're brought there. To be fixed- not SCOLDED ON AN INVOICE. Under a time line to get your *junk machine* back? Dont go here. Do yourself a favor- drive the hour to go elsewhere.

Ordered a bagger for my Husqvarna zero turn in August, I was told two weeks , no return call from anyone, called again mid September, was told two weeks , again no calls on updates, called once more in early October, lied to again, it's now mid December, if you can't deliver don't lie to customers, avoid this poorly run so called business. (Response reply)A mere phone call is all I would have wanted, also mower direct just delivered my Husqvarna bagger in 2 weeks. Your excuses are over used.

They kept my lawnmower for 6 weeks. It was supposed to be one. They never called to tell us why. Final cost was $312. We could have bought a new lawnmower. We had to pay someone five times to cut the lawn.

Brought my lawn mower in for repair and tune up. Was told it would be done the following Friday. I had to pay to have cut my lawn 5 TIMES before it was finally ready. Costs exceeded replacement.

Bought a Husqvarna lawn tractor last year from them, along with a mulching kit and blades. They had to order it which was fine, and when it came in they not only installed the mulching kit and blades, they delivered it to my house in Ludlow at no charge. I also wanted to order a snow thrower attachment (along with weights and tire chains) at the same time. When it came in, they picked up and brought the lawn tractor to their store, installed it, and brought it back to my house. No extra charges or fees. I guarantee you won't get this kind of customer service at any big box store. Great service, no high pressure sales approach, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best decision I made was to go here.

not enough staff to help more than 1 person in the show room at a time - seemed like the younger sales guys were more willing to educate. Some people might not care, masks are required by customers but sales people have mask on/off as they talk to customers in show room.
