“New store in Palmer and it's a welcome one. The place is good size and they have things set up nicely. Store is clean, well spaced and much nicer than the one located a little closer to me.This will now take the place of the closer store. Well stocked and that's a high plus.Went in for Valentine cards to send to the veterans in the VA in Bedford MA. They had some very nice ones I purchased 20 of them to help out their drive to get cards in for there veterans.Thank you for a great selection of cards. They are going to be well appreciated.Definitely was a pleasure shopping there today.”

“Ah, Family Dollar. This place has a friendly staff, and even though they have to run around stocking and ringing people out, they stay surprisingly chipper.There is one specific employee that I feel deserves the spotlight, however, and that is Juan.Juan works during the day, and he is the most helpful and lovely person standing behind a counter in town! Even with a line, and people asking questions about where stuff is, and doing all the other stuff to keep the place afloat, he is so nice. Like, genuinely nice, not corporate "nice."The way he takes his time helping out the older population without patronizing them is refreshing. He has the touch of a social worker, the kindness of a drunken friar, and a million dollar smile.Juan is #1”
