Our car broke down last night and I had it towed to Don’s. I called and left a voicemail to let them know. This morning they got the car looked at and should have a new front axle installed today. Great customer service and work done in the past has always been excellent.

While traveling from Boston to Amherst, the power steering in our truck ceased. We were extremely fortunate to breakdown in front of Don's Auto. It was a late Friday afternoon and despite the fact that they were closing in a just a few minutes, they took the time to inspect the truck and order parts for Monday. We were back on the road Monday morning and are grateful for their excellent service and kindness.

This is the place to go for car repairs. Nicest folks and very trustworthy. Prices are reasonable and they explain everything that is done. Though having car problems is not fun, it is so nice having someone you can trust looking out for you.

I had my truck towed to dons for a broken brake line, I was called a few later that who ever did the other work on my vehicle was not satisfactory, Eric told me that he could repair my brake line and replace other brake lines. I asked him to repair what was damaged and he told me he would give me an estimate on the other repairs. I don't know if he got upset about the other work but he never got back to me on an estimate for other work, work receipt doesn't even mention what he repaired on my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend him i even called back and they told me he was busy. Thanks but no thanks I was never told two weeks, I was told that they would look st the vehicle as soon as possible, that 2 weeks is a plain lie.
