“The owner Hazel is absolutely amazing! We had been looking for some new furniture & had been to many furniture stores. Uncertain which way to go...Hazel offered to come to our home and she literally transformed it! Her enthusiasm is incredible - never had such an enjoyable purchasing experience. Our style was all over the place and she figured out what it was (mid century modern) & how to make it cohesive while using many things we already had. She also brought in items that we could choose to keep or not - such a fun process and her creativity is A+. Her paint color suggestions +++ were spot on - TRUST HER! The room(s) layout(s) now works and she's created spaces we love to be in - thank you Hazel!”

“Brought my Dolphin pool cleaning robot to Namco on Boston rd in Springfield and was helped by Paul. We was amazing and he helped me get it fixed and running again with no problem. I highly recommend if you have an issue with your Dolphin robot to bring it there and ask for Paul!! Two thumbs up and five stars for you Paul!!”

“For years we have shopped at larger stores but this is about to change and here is why....We live in Ludlow and my 12 year old rides his bike to the Ludlow store with his friends. These kids are good kids who like to spend the money they have at Walgreens and a few other local stores. That being said, they get bored and they often go into the Ludlow Pieroways to sit in the recliners, they have also gone in to play hide and seek. The reason I am writing this review is because I am happy to say that the staff hasn't kicked them out for just being kids... the staff has welcomed them and tolerated their mischievous yet harmless behavior. My son said “they are very nice in that store!†So I'm happy to say that I will now patronize this establishment going forward for all of my furniture and mattress needs. “We have bought so many things from Oak Specialists over the years, and their quality has never faltered. Our most recent purchase was a kitchen nook, and we love it! It is so cozy and comfortable that we have eaten supper there every night since, instead in front of the tv. It has put the FAMILY back in family dinner.And, we are very comfortable shopping there, because of the measures they have put in place for everyone's safety.
