I scheduled a time online to have one installed at this location prior to the rental. They had a tough time and I had to wait 3 hours to complete my transaction. But no big deal. I got to witness a beautifully run franchise/location. The manager I think Charles. was amazing! The way he interacted with his staff and customers With patience, grace and kindness was refreshing.
