Orders are promptly sent in safe packages, packed with great care so trees and pots arrive undamaged. The shipping department is very responsive, honoring special requests and communicating well. While more expensive than typical store finds, with the cheapest around $75, customers are delighted and blown away by the condition and beauty of the trees. The peaceful, huge place outside is deceiving, and many plan to return for a class or to order again.

Great company bonsai came packaged very securely even tapped it down to the bottom of the box bonsai tree came in a very timely manner and super healthy! The pot in comes in was also very lovely. Will be purchasing more in the future.

Fair pricing, and I LOVE that their bonsai pots come with soil, mesh and wire (for free)! I had to reach out to customer service and not only was it easy to do so, they were prompt with their response/resolution and very friendly. 5/5
