Incompetent. That's the only way to say it. The cashiers have no idea how to handle the responsibilities of their positions. Be extremely careful buying lottery tickets. I bought $10 worth of mega millions and the cashier charged me $50 - I was unable to leave the store without paying the $50 - apparently once they make the mistake, it's final. They lied about throwing out my original ticket forms. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Sevice dont know what they're doing there. I ask the gentleman if he could change the coconut flavoring in the sugarfree machine. He looked at me clueless and said no that doesn't get changed out.He stood there arguing with me. Huh? Hes been there 3 mo and dont know how to do his job. Cumberland Frams do better.Candice is the only one there that knows what shes doing.

Well 8:55 they close there oven and couldn’t make me a pretzel and they closed at 10 pm pretty bad service had to go to Medway to make me pretzel which they don’t closed there oven until 930

Great staff at Cumbys. Always friendly and cannot beat the price of beverages. This store is always clean too.

This is not in the top list of cumbys in the area, it feels dark, dirty and dingy inside. I was going to buy a sandwich and a drink like I do at all the other cumbys but like I say it seemed dirty inside so I grabbed a drink and chips and left. I would avoid this station unless your getting drinks and or gas.

Very disappointing. Several weeks ago I stopped for breakfast and used the kiosk to order. I gathers my drinks snacks and looked around. I went back to the area of prepared food to see a woman stocking a cooler busily disappearing to the back and returning several times. I thought it odd she didn't acknowledge me so I finally asked if my food was ready. She looked at me and asked if I ordered the proceeded to panic to start it. I asked twice before I received the answer that it was not even started. I put all of my stuff on the counter and left. I returned just yesterday to fill up. I went to wash my windows and the container was empty at my island and two others. I went in to be told "oh we must be out" NICE. As long as you are a smart pay member and only want to gas up without interaction from employees it's good
