I like this location a lot. I'm not a fan of the new layout but the store employees tend to be friendly , especially Joy. The pharmacy however is a different story. I went to pick up a prescription on 10/26 just before 8 which is the time that the pharmacy dept opens. By 8:15 they still weren't open. An employee, who was not the pharmacist, apologized to me and said she was waiting for them as well. I needed to be on my way so I left annoyed that I'd have to come back later in the day.

A good sized CVS. With lots of supplements! Good employees. Even though it's kinda far from where I live, I keep going back.

I was driving by and I remembered that I had my weekly CVS coupon, so I stopped by to get some stuff for the condo.I found this CVS clean but a bit dated, it's interesting since this store is not far from the world headquarters of the company. Still, nothing to complain about, really. They had a good selection of the items I was looking for, I got in the self checkout lane, used my coupons and off I went....The company is headquarted in Rhode Island, with their main corporate offices about halfway between my condo and this particular store.Consumer Value Stores (CVS) was founded in 1963 and began as a chain of health and beauty aid stores, but within several years, pharmacies were added. In December 2017, CVS agreed to acquire Aetna for $69 billion and completed the acquisition in November 2018.Their weekly coupons are a good marketing strategy to get people into their stores on a frequent basis...and now, their long long long long paper receipts are just one of the options at checkout. You can now opt for an email receipt and that is a great way to save some trees !!!!

worst cvs such trash. worst customer service worst pharmacy, don't answer my questions never have my medication and hangs up the phone when you ask to much! so disrespectful go somewhere else 100%

Extremely rude staff! I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone and when I finally did, I got passed on to the next rude staff member. I was simply missing a pack of pills and they basically told me to check again because it was a full box. I told them that I had just opened it and there was only 2 packages. They didn't want to help me, gave some petty apology and then hung up on me! That was my first time getting a prescription and it will be my last. Terrible customer service

If only there was a way to rate this location a 0. I took my daughter on Christmas Eve to receive a covid test. After waiting behind a car in the drive thru for 40 minutes, because the incompetent people working the pharmacy couldn't figured out how to have a car pull to the side so they could assist the other customers, they refused to give my daughter a covid test because we didn't have a physical insurance card. They claimed their computers went down (hence why the car in front of me was waiting for so long) but now they were working again and couldn't find any information on my daughters insurance in their system. I was then told without her physical card they were not able to bill us. We have done the drive thru testing twice before at other locations and this has never been an issue when providing such information. After a back and forth battle i ask to forget about the insurance all together and just bill us directly and they refused. I drove 30 minutes to this location just to sit and wait for 40 minutes to be told that there's nothing they can do. Uhh yea there is something you can do, give my daughter a covid test and do any small part you can with your insignificant little lives to help stop the spread of this virus that we have all been living with for the last 2 years. So let's all give a big hand to the pharmacy for helping possibly spread and continue this virus that my daughter may have but will now never know because these idiots couldn't figure out how to do their job properly. And just to circle back, learn how to properly handle a drive thru line. If teenagers at fast food restaurants can figure it out, i don't understand how grown adults can't. Get your s*** together and have a Merry Christmas.

Many thanks to CVS Bellingham for running such a well-organized vaccination site. Everything flowed perfectly...didn't even feel the jab...and everyone from check-in to vaccinators to the person organizing the after-shot waiting area was professional and nice as can be. And then I was able to find everything I needed in the store.

Love CVS! With the coupons and emails you can get some really great deals! This store is a lot bigger than my local store, but this location is super easy to hit on my way to the grocery store! I will always choose CVS over the other chains!
