I love going to the drive-up window. They are very polite , friendly, and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and are very customer friendly. I never have to wait too long and they seem to recognize me when I come. Not all CVS stores are this way and I have been to many. Keep up the good work! It's a reflection on your company with the people you hire for customer service and that is key with me!

The hours at this particular CVS stink for me due to my work schedule. However, there is not one employee in this CVS who is not amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful! This is the only CVS I will go to 💙💯

Great staff at this CVS. Very friendly and helpful. I always have a great experience when go there since they always take care of me. My favorite CVS by far and I highly recommend the Bellingham store and it's wonderful team.

I was greeted at the pharmacy counter very quickly and the counter tech helped me with my insurance company info to process payment.
My prescription was filled fast also.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Cvs it's terrible my phone is downloading the newest download and I also did this download on my tablet they say I have the wrong password and you were supposed to save it I have to do everything twice

Honestly the worst CVS and quite possibly pharmacy overall in the area. It is within 1 mile of my house and the trip to literally ANY OTHER CVS saves time versus this location. The one thing they have to spare is excuses, if you're lucky enough to have them answer phone. The pharmacy is the most poorly run I've ever seen. After years of attempting to use this location due to it convenient location I've finally given up. So here's the review I've longed to do for sometime. The pharmacist is either completely incompetent or the most skilled procrastinator in the business. Either way his small talk with staff will always take precedent over your script. Occasionally they will update your prescription as \"ready\" even though it isn't, causing you to waste a trip. More likely though it will never be updated, never be filled and you will never get them to answer the phone. When you do get to the store hoping to make your pickup, your greeted with long lines. Both in store and at the drive thru. The fact that this has been consistently proven year in and year out with no attempt made to correct obvious problems shows me just how little your health and mine matter to the pharmacy staff of CVS Pulaski Blvd Bellingham, MA.
