Just had a fantastic customer service experience here - was going in 'just to look' at bathroom tile ideas for our upcoming remodel project and came across Kara at the register/customer service who found Kyle in tile to help me think through what I needed, sizes, estimated and even took me up on my request to do a quick walk through to help me match the vision in my head - he is talented! Both very professional and how refreshing that they actually seem to enjoy what they do for work! I highly recommended this location to my husband who is a General Contractor and typically works with small independently run places since they often times seem to be better at what they do compared to big box/chains. My experience today proved that is not always the case! Grateful they both made my day so enjoyable and easy!

I bought a vanity online from this store. My contractor collected it and signed a waiver that it was in the right condition. Three months later when he was ready to fit it, it became clear there was damage to both the countertop and body paintwork. Whilst F&D were well within their rights to do nothing about this (my contractor was liable as he’d signed an inspection form, and I was well past the returns timeframe), Colby focussed on problem resolution for me rather than blame/liability, for which I was incredibly grateful. Katelyn kindly sourced a touch up pen for the paintwork and Colby arranged a 50% refund which partially covered the cost of a replacement countertop. Whilst I can’t be certain on product quality as I’ll never know how/when the vanity was damaged, I’m more than happy to give 5* to this store for their customer service.

I stop by this Floor and Decor Bellingham, the store associates were all incredible knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the store manager Kathleen went out her way to help me to rectify a gift card that was not working and wasn’t her problem to deal with it, but she went out of her way to take care of this concern and called me few times to ensure that she is going to get this situation rectified. I will never forget her wonderful gesture to go out her way to solve a problem. I will always choose this store and buy more from this location because of her 5 stars customer service !! Thank you, Kathleen 🥰

I had a wonderful experience working with Gany at Floor & Decor while picking out flooring for my mom’s house. Gany was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the perfect flooring to match her style and needs. He took the time to explain all the options, including the pros and cons of each, which made the decision-making process so much easier.
What really stood out was Gany’s attention to detail and his ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch. He made us feel confident in our choice and ensured we left with exactly what we needed. My mom is thrilled with the selection, and we couldn’t be happier with the service Gany provided.
If you’re shopping at Floor & Decor, I highly recommend asking for Gany—he truly goes above and beyond!

I wanted to thank Colby and her team at Floor & Decor, Bellingham. Truly, an amazing experience and exceptional treatment from Colby. I called and requested a specific floor that was almost discontinued. Colby found the stores, in and out of MA, from where i could purchase the quantity i needed and confirmed shipping details throughout the week by calling me and keeping me in the loop.
Not just treated great, but the care and attention my family and I received from Colby and her team was amazing. I will make the Floor & Decor, Bellingham, my one stop shop for all future projects.
I 100% recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with AJ at Floor & Décor in Bellingham. She guided us through selecting everything for our master bathroom. She was so easy to work with and walked us through different options. This process would have been so overwhelmingly if we didn’t have her! We highly recommend working with AJ!

My remodeled kitchen is looking spectacular, and A.J., in the design department, deserves much of the credit. She is a true professional, and she carefully guided me through the process of choosing among the huge selection of colors, styles, and materials--for both flooring and backsplash tile. A.J. is amazingly efficient, and her technical knowledge is impressive. She knows exactly what questions to ask to quickly determine what materials and colors will suit your taste and your lifestyle. She will help you narrow down your choice to a few choices, from which you can make your final selection. She will clearly tell you if/ why one of your selections is not appropriate, yet she is not pushy or overbearing. Without A.J.'s help, I would have been overwhelmed by the number of choices and likely would have made the wrong choice. Thank you, A.J., for making my kitchen project so much easier!

My husband & I are having a master bath remodel. We decided to use the design consultant at the Floor & Decor in Bellingham MA. Our designer AJ was amazing throughout the process. She went the extra mile to make sure that our contractor had all he needed. Her expertise was obvious and she was customer focused.
We then came to pick up our tile and accessories. We were greeted and had help loading by Alex in their Pro area (we sure are not Pros) … we highly recommend F& D in Bellingham

Floor & Decor exceeded our expectations! We came just to look at tile, and ended up deciding to purchase everything we need for our bathroom renovation. The best part of the experience by far was being able to work with AJ from Design Services! AJ was extremely knowledgeable in both design and best practices for bathroom renovations. AJ put us at ease and allowed us to truly enjoy the process of designing our dream bathroom! I would highly recommend Floor & Decor and working with AJ in Design.

We had the pleasure of working with Ana, one of the interior designers at Floor & Décor in Bellingham. She guided us through selecting tile for two different bathrooms. We found her to be so helpful as well as fun to work with! She has a very good design eye and was patient as she walked us through different options. She did a great job listening to our wants & needs. We like that store overall…other folks there are also helpful…regularly offering assistance. We highly recommend working with Ana!
