I was very disappointed with the service I received. I met with James Munstis for about 30/45min. He was supposed to email a proposal and never did. He had my number so he also could have called me but never did. Maybe he didn't care about my business bc my budget was only $5/6K. I was so disappointed and moved on to another company that wanted my business.

After telling them what we wanted, they helped us pick out everything we needed for our bathroom renovation. James, in their showroom, was knowledgeable and patient. And even though there were a few hiccups along the way with our project, they addressed them in a timely and pleasant manner.
