“Highly recommend Payless Floors! I’ve used them twice in the last 7 years. Both experiences were great. The first experience they did wall to wall, stair and area carpets in our house. Carpet quality and install by Jamie were excellent. The second experience was this summer when I ordered more of one of the carpets I had installed 7 years ago with Justin. They actually still carry my carpet and made area rugs that fit my space perfectly. Justin also offered to drop the carpets at my house in Walpole when he realized they would be picking them up at their binder in Norwood right around the corner from my house. This was a huge help and saved me a trip to Attleboro which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find true customer service these days but you will find it at Payless Floors! Highly recommend. ???”

“My mother recently passed away outside Philadelphia, PA at 86 years old. Her Great Grandfather and my Great/Great Grandfather (Abraham Yeakel) was in the Jewelry and Clock business in Perkasie, PA in the 1800’s (Yeakel Jewelers and Clocks) There was an heirloom grandfather clock originally built by Abraham Yeakel in the 1800’s and passed through the family to me most recently. I was very fortunate to connect with Richard at Hills Antique Clocks, I had heard great things about him and his successful clock shop and quality restoration work in Holliston, MA. Richard did an outstanding job with the restoration and just delivered the restored grandfather clock back to us in Franklin, MA. He was very meticulous with the delivery and set up to keep precise time. I highly recommend Richard and Hills Antique Clocks for your grandfather clock restoration needs. Richard was a great person to deal with through the restoration process and delivered on time and complete.”

“Just had a fantastic customer service experience here - was going in 'just to look' at bathroom tile ideas for our upcoming remodel project and came across Kara at the register/customer service who found Kyle in tile to help me think through what I needed, sizes, estimated and even took me up on my request to do a quick walk through to help me match the vision in my head - he is talented! Both very professional and how refreshing that they actually seem to enjoy what they do for work! I highly recommended this location to my husband who is a General Contractor and typically works with small independently run places since they often times seem to be better at what they do compared to big box/chains. My experience today proved that is not always the case! Grateful they both made my day so enjoyable and easy!”
