This is my five time going to Home Depot where I asked for help and an old man said I’m not in charge of this spot, I said could you please help me to find the person in charge, he said no. I found the man in charge but when I asked him for help, the answer was no, very rude, I’m not being rude but I feel that old people are hard to deal with, they are impatient, but they got pay for what they do, so they should answer us,as a costumer in a kind way.
That’s not their fault whoever is the manager, he should train everyone better. I understand that they don’t care about losing business because, even if they gave us a bad service I will still go there because they have almost everything that everyone needs.
Lowe’s is better.

The store is always clean and well stocked, but most of their help are miserable and never seem like they want to be there. Very rarely will you find someone who will want to help. I go there because it’s convenient but overall the customer service is lacking

I am a veteran, and every time I go there, there is an issue with my veteran discount. If you offer something, don't be such an idiot about it. I rather go to Lowe's if I have the time, no hassle with my veteran discount.

I really do like Home Depot most of the time but this time. I went in trying to get parts for my dryer that belts broken and some parts that need replacement the appliances guys telling me. I need to call a tech and going to
Cost 300 to 500 bucks I legit was like the washer ten years old now and just need some new parts to be replace. Guys was completely useless and like either call the tech number here or buy new one. Older guy with European accent don’t get me wrong most people don’t know how to work on stuff but I legit have already taken it apart just need the new parts . Thanks for nothing found what I needed on Amazon for less than 20 bucks !!

Hi I just want to say that Besh in the appliance department was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I bought a washer and dryer and was due a small refund. Everyone that I spoke to before him either gave me the wrong information or was very quick to say they couldn’t help. When he first tried to help he couldn’t, so I said, thanks and was leaving when he came after me and wanted to try something else. I went back with him and he kept trying until he succeeded. Home Depot should be proud to have him as an outstanding employee. Thank you

Still chasing down a dishwasher replacement 6 weeks later. Chasing both GE and Home Depot with no resolution in site and rarely does anyone even respond to me! Both Home Depot and GE refuse to credit me after the initial dishwasher was confirmed faulty by a GE technician and caused water damage in my kitchen. NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT! Lesson learned for me!

Shelves have many defective returned items - be sure to check the packaging thoroughly. Aisles cluttered with pallets, Low or no stock on common items, e.g. - shellac, stair treads, paint rollers. Staff moves at snail's pace when retrieving items from upper shelves - items should have been on shelves to begin with. Changing hardware brands to cheap chinese junk. Store treats everyone like a thief - an employee has to carry any tool to the cash register. The "PRO" parking areas have spaces too small for trucks - material handling carts stored hundreds of feet from store. The military discount "program" is a joke - lumber not included. The cashier turnover is so high you rarely get one that knows how to do the job (there are 3 exceptions). This company is so cheap, it regulates the amount of ink on the receipts - which is easily proven by comparing mine from years ago. I wonder how much is being saved by limiting the lighting to hardly visible. Good luck buying 10 items without one or more missing the pricing barcode. I have shopped at this "store" since it opened. The trajectory is straight down.
