This business is unfortunately known for receiving returns totaling almost $300 and claim they never received them despite tracking proving otherwise..would be nice for them to do the right thing and process the refund.

Planned to buy some things for my daughter but after seeing all the bad reviews on tiktok I decided to stay clear, I emptied my basket and unfollowed them. They seem to have horrible customer service and steal peoples money. No thank you.

Bought some bralettes off TikTok. Loved them, could have ordered again through TikTok but wanted to make sure I was supporting this business (even though they were cheaper on TikTok), so ordered on the website. Spent almost $400 and got put on the waitlist for other bras. No orders have been shipped yet, but got notified that one of the bralettes from the wait list will be shipped soon. $8 in shipping is charged for the single bralette even though the others haven’t been shipped as well. Contacted Kali Rose customer care and was told that I am responsible for the shipping and it would be $32 total in shipping. If I don’t want to pay, I can cancel. I asked if they can hold the order until everything comes in and was told they don’t hold orders. Very upset that they are willing to lose a customer that has spent over $500 in 2 orders and had a bunch in my cart for purchase!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I purchased the Bralette Mystery Bundle and it was horrible material so I returned all 4. They then told me I only returned 3, which is a lie, and due to this they will not refund my money nor will they return the Bralette's to me. This is theft and they should be held accountable. If they did this to me I am sure they have done this to others in the past. I am filling a complaint with the BBB. This company should not be able to steal from customers.

I have bought quite a few bras from here , liked them so much bought 2 for my 95 year old mother , bought one for my sisters birthday. She got in a car accident and broke her ribs and couldn’t wear it , wouldn’t let me return it because it was over 30 days , will not shop there anymore

Ordered a pair of Judy Blues jeans (I don't usually spend that kind of money on myself and usually just get 2nd hand jeans and most clothes), sized up and they were still too small, so I asked to start a return. I was told they don't typically do returns because I had used a "coupon code", great appreciate that. What I didn't appreciate is that my refund was an instore credit. I didn't like anything else on the website, I didn't want to risk trying another pair of jeans. Finally Sept 8th, I find SOMETHING that I liked enough to use my credit. Sept 21st I FINALLY get an email that it's been shipped. After having the time to dwell on the instore credit, the more pissed I've gotten about it. I just feel it's not good customer service and it stems from greed. I can understand if it's been a long time and I'm trying to do a refund after 30 days or something. But, I've learned my lesson and next time I come across another boutique that only does instore credit returns I just won't purchase from them.

Poor customer service, you have to pay shipping to return something to size up or down and if you want a refund it's store credit only, you can't get your money back. Sizes are not accurate. Also I emailed to cancel my order before a shipping number was even created and she made sure it was immediately made because she just wants your money, I would be wary and buy from someone much less shady and greedy

I waited 3 weeks to get 3 bralettes. I finally emailed them and the next day they emailed that the package was on the way. When it arrived I looked over my order and was very disappointed. The quality is terrible. The padding in the bralettes is all crumpled up and no matter how much I rearranged it the look was bad. Then I noticed one of the shoulder straps was twisted before being sewn on. No way to fix that. No return information was included on the paperwork enclosed just an email to get approved to return an item. No return address or phone number. I have emailed them at the address they provided 3 times now and no response. I’m amazed they don’t make it easier for you to return an item. Not buying from them again.

This company is ridiculous. I placed an order 8/9. After 2 weeks of waiting for it to be shipped I saw that my address was not complete, it was just numbers. I emailed the company with the address and changed the shipping address on my account. I emailed them the 18th which was a Friday, after no response Monday and Tuesday, I emailed them the 23rd Wednesday at 2pm (today). They sent me a “package on the way” email at 8pm today. My order is still going to an incomplete address and I still have not had any responses to my emails regarding the correct address. Not sure why a company would send out an order that has an incomplete shipping address. Awaiting my email to be responded to regarding a refund as the package isn’t even going to an actual address. Will not be ordering again.

I love this boutique and love the fact that I can buy plus size clothing from the comfort of my home. I'm not a big store shopper anymore so most of my shopping is done online. This Boutique has the nicest staff you will ever have to work with.And their clothing is amazing. The owner is down to earth and genuinely cares about you. Ive personally had her PM me when I had some serious health issues scare. They are so nice and the shipping time is amazing. I've never dealt with such a nicer company before. Love these hard working ladies. So don't be afraid of buying from this boutique you won't be sorry. KRB ROCKS.

I have been shopping with this boutique for several years now. The quality of the clothes that we got for the price that we pay is exceptional. They make sure the things close for all shapes and sizes which is very hard to find these days. Whether you are getting it shipped to you or you are picking up an order. The girls always have a smile on their faces and are always exceptionally nice and willing to help. Last but not least Michelle the owner is so very good to her employees and that is what this world is missing. This day is kindness and love and being awesome to each other, and that she is not only to employees, but also to us on the online videos that she has. Once again, I want to thank Michelle and her staff and anyone else involved in getting us very nice clothes and having sales and making it affordable when money is very tight these days thank you again Kali Rose boutique.
