Absolutely HORRIBLE! There was a manager named Asha or Aisha that was EXTREMELY disrespectful to a customer who was trying to do an exchange. I was in the store and I witnessed this. This manager, Aisha, yelled at her and called her a thief. I witnessed this customer cry with her children by her side! Another employee entered the establishment and tried to dissuade the situation. Asha then screamed at this coworker that was trying to help. She was out of control. And she refused to give her name and was not wearing her proper name badge. This store manager needs to be removed. Old Navy will do so much better without. This behavior is something Old Navy would NEVER tolerate!

Went in to return products that v were wrong size. Staff was nice and helpful.Store looked clean and organized however, I would rather shop on line than at store. Most times I cannot find sizes at store

I'm not sure if it's the shopping plaza but I just experienced the same experience that I had with the paper store. Not one sales associate greeted me or asked if I needed help even though I was walking around with two tank tops the entire time. At first I was going to buy the tank tops because they were a really good deal but while I was looking at accessories near the cash wrap area, that sales associate never acknowledge my presence. I put the tank tops back and probably won't shop here anytime soon.

I love old Navy.... just smell of their store when you walk in .... is the smell of denim ? i dont know ,,,,, you should bottle it up and sell it .... i really love their carpenter jeans .... compared to other brands i dont what it is old navy is just better , the way they fix and everything
