“I have never been so impressed with an employee anywhere! I just wish I had asked him his name. I will definitely be going back to Koopman Paint for anything I need in the future! I went in to get paint thinner or something that would get the glue off my windshield from my phone holder that had melted the glue down my windshield. The employee asked what I needed the paint thinner for & I told him, he said “is the car here?”I said yes he then went into back & came out with some high potent rubbing alcohol & said let’s see what we can do. We went out to my car & he asked if he could get in, of course i said yes. He cleaned the glue off himself! I said let me pay you for that he replied no charge it’s the employees rubbing alcohol! I went to this hardware store because it was the closest one to my doctors office that I had just left.”
“I'm a contractor specializing in carpentery who occasionally has to don a painter's hat. The staff here is always attentive- even to an infrequent patron like myself. They take you seriously whether it is a gallon or a whole house. For quality paint i dont see them as being more expensive than their big box competitors. And their advice in what paints to use in what settings is expert. Highly recommend.”

“I'll pick this Ace/depaults over any other hardware store ive ever been to. The staff is always super helpful in a genuiely friendly way. It's a warm environment for a hardware store, and as a woman taking on a massive amount of home renovations, I've never felt dumb or small when asking for help here.”
“I love coming here to get paint, yes, but especially to bounce ideas off of Alex and Zach. They’ve been instrumental in helping me choose fun, bold colors for my new home.”
“Went in today to choose an exterior paint color & the young man could not have been kinder. He was helpful, relaxed, and let me take my time. Lovely fellow. Honestly, it was the nicest experience I’ve ever had dealing with paint choices. This man should be given a raise. PS- we will be coming here for all of our paint from now on.”
“If you are looking for a store with everything you need for your lawn, garden, or home, then ACE Hardware is the place for you.
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Try them out!”

“Wonderful business!!
Ken was nothing short of amazing to work with.
Rain was coming down heavy he did not want me to wait to get unloaded.
Right once the rain slowed up a min he helped take tarps off quick.
Got me unloaded and out of there.
Not sure what the other gentleman’s name was that helped us but it is greatly appreciated.
Finished with all three of us soaked and the load unloaded quick and dry!!
Thanks guys !!
