PetSmart is a large pet supply and services retailer. The store is consistently wonderful, always clean and well-organized, with a varied selection for many types of pets. Most of the staff is friendly, helpful, and very informative. Employees are happy to help and are so nice, especially in the aquatics department where the staff is really knowledgeable. They not only answer questions but proactively offer advice to help customers make the best decisions. The awesome groomers are fantastic and treat pets with great care. They love animals and put their love into their work, with pets looking and smelling amazing and appearing happy. The location offers services like an in-store groomer, dog training, and adoption. While prices are a bit higher, there is a rewards program and an app. Customers love that they can bring their pet inside the store and find everything needed super easily, making it a number one pet shop to go to.
Store was clean, well stocked. Found what I needed and a couple of things I didn't think I needed!

Great selection of pet supplies and really friendly staff who are always eager to help. I love that they have everything from food to toys, and the grooming services are a nice bonus. My dog always gets excited when we go in!

The selection of pet supplies is solid, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I've found that some of the prices can be a bit steep, and occasionally finding staff assistance during busy times can be challenging. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for my pet's needs.
