Every six months I get rent increases. They lure you in at an introductory rate, but it’s a bait and switch. They’re making a ton of money off of it. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This was my first time ever using a storage company and they made everything very easy. I was called within five minutes of sending my information in that way I could set it up over the phone and it be faster. When it was time for me to go to my unit, it was a little early and I had to call back probably three times and each time the person was very helpful. Despite my code not working because it needed to take a couple more hours, I was still able to get in and put my stuff in my unit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage

Great place to store your stuff. Brian was awesome and showed us our unit before signing any paperwork. Space is clean and they have carts at every door.

Kelly and Brian are AWESOME !!! Very pleasant and very helpful !!! Just recently I downsized my storage unit. They found me the size I needed and reserved it for me and it was very close to the other unit (same isle, only a few doors down) which made the move much easier. As far as the storage grounds go, it's very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend

A very courteous and wonderful staff and a very clean and warm environment. If I had any issues which was very rare they were resolved right away. I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you very much for the four years you protected my furniture and memories.

The staff are all great. The lots are secure and they have a good amount of cameras. Would definitely recommend, it is on the pricier side though so just be aware.

Easy to set up, unit as described, easy to cancel once my stuff was out.
The trolley’s are abnormally hard to direct
I didn’t like the terms and conditions but I think that’s pretty typical and none of the worse ones came into effect

Our experience with Prime Storage so far has been wonderful. Brian is so helpful and clearly cares about the security of his clients. We are very happy to have chosen this storage facility over any other.
