I had a great visit today, Fallon was such a great cashier. We had a great conversation, and she was super friendly. The rest of the team were all in high spirits and really helpful too. I found everything I needed.

I went to the customer service desk to ask for some help on something the man working behind the counter, seemed annoyed, and didn’t want to be there and told me to go to the self-service copier. Terrible customer service.

Experience was amazing. I struggled the previous time I came in for prints for work and the associate was not helpful and made me feel unintelligent.... I am not tech savvy. I decided to give it one more chance. I was greeted by a very welcoming woman named Isabel. She was phenomenal!!! Walked me through everything and told me if I had any troubles to come right in and she would help me. Amazing customer service and didn't make me feel stupid. Isabel saved Staples. I will now be back because of how well she took care of my needs.

Very helpful staff that corrected a wrong price at the register and helped me print a label for a UPS package. Easy and efficient.

The cashier was slow & didn’t seem to know what to do. Not only were there no bags, there wasn’t any paper for receipt. Was very disappointed. Will not shop this store again.

this store is the best staples in all of mass. from the moment you walk in the door, the vibes are immaculate. the associates are super friendly & willing to search high & low for what your looking for. & if they dont have it in stock, they offer to order it next day free shipping to the store/home or see what stores near by have it in stock. Ansley, Ryan, Amber, Jeff, Max, Brandon & April have all helped me on multiple occasions for different items & printing services. 10/10 recommend & will always rely on them for my office needs & more. ? never disappointed, always satisfied!!

I have worked from home for years and I depend heavily on Staples and they thankfully have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for Staples and the knowledge of their staff, I’m not sure what I would have done. Sadly, there is almost always a bump in the road and I hit it when I crossed paths with the Manager at the Staples in Bellingham, Massachusetts whom I had never met before. Not only does this guy need some lessons in politeness but he is also in desperate need of a lesson in “Management 101”. It was fun while it lasted but I will pass on the Staples in Bellingham going forward and rely on the others instead. I realize that this “out of touch” manager somehow slipped through the cracks of Staples otherwise amazing employees and it’s too bad. This insensitive guy would be better suited doing “behind the scenes” work, way behind the scenes.

The assistant manager Alex was super helpful - he price matched an office chair for me which saved me almost $100, and he informed me of a great sale they were having on chair matts that saved me another $20! After that he loaded my purchase into my car for me, which I really appreciated.

Every time I come to this staples I am hit with a wave ecstasy. This place is my drug, I weep when I think about the office chairs. My young grandson just learned what drugs are, I told him with the utmost confidence, he doesn't need drugs, we have staples.

Drove 1hr to the store after their website stated an item was in stock. The item was not in stock and the staff offered no solution nor were they particularly concerned. Another instance of poor customer service out of a dying “office supply” chain. I’m all done, Amazon it is, tough to feel bad for these places anymore.
