Doing business with these people will result in loss … they charge a disposal fee on high end items never presented at auction … yes … I have witnesses … go to Boston …. Bad (dirty) business!

If I could give a 0 star review I would… but here is why. There is a woman who works here that is VERY disrespectful. She was caught racially insulting my sister and saying homophobic remarks to someone who was helping my sister after she was clearly upset from the verbal abuse. This happened in front of a different location right outside of this plaza. The owner of the establishment, that this altercation happened in front of, mentioned that this woman was frequently seen being disrespectful to workers and other customers. I won’t tell you to not go here, but you should all at least know the kind of person you will be meeting.

Accepted our merchandise for auction. Auctions are to be held on Mondays. Went 2 Mondays in a row. No one was around. Finally made contact told us checks in the mail. It's been 90 days and haven't seen any check. Don't even know if our merchandise was even sold. Shoddy business practices, would never recommend them as honest business people. And they sell your merchandise out the back door, that's been confirmed by other s

I had been in touch with Yvonne, the owners wife. I was all set up to have people come over and help me move the furniture and items to their auction house when they were available. I showed her pictures of the items from our estate sale and she said that they would be able to sell them. Couple weeks after she said that they would take the items she sent me an email saying that they weren't interested that they only sold fine art, jewelry, and China. She also blocked my phone number and it goes straight to voicemail, every time I try to call her. Texts go as sms. They never pick up their business phone. I don't understand why people are scared to use their words. They have a terrible business operation with very poor customer service. They need to learn how to treat people.

I consigned a jewelry box that contained 30+ pieces of ALL Trifari jewelry pieces. Guy Sr. told me they sold for $5 as part of a table lot. I use to buy and sell there UNTIL Guy Sr. ripped me off and I know they would not put costume jewelry lots like what I left them to auction off as part of a table lot! DO NOT TRUST TRUDEL'S

Very disappointing experience. I had made an appointment (at the owner's convenience) to have my items reviewed for auction and he never showed up. I was able to reach him via text to reschedule, once again at his convenience, and he still neglected to show up.

I never had a problem with Guy Jr or Sr. Actually Senior shares the same crazy enjoy life as it comes attitude I do. My biggest and only complaint is that its every 2 weeks now. Screws up my auction fix. As for the staff...I enjoy 100 percent everyone involved with the auction. Looking forward to the next auction.

Ok place to buy (if you enjoy competing with resellers), but beware if you are a consignor. You will get pennies for your items. Items are placed into huge lots for quick disposal. You will be much better off donating for a tax deduction or giving away as gifts.

I understand that buyers love this place, but as a seller, it's a really bad experience. Zero communication. Snarky attitude. I am very sorry I used their service to liquidate the better items in my mother's household. They list this as an estate service on their web site: "Estate liquidation services can include total household cleanouts. After a thorough "broom-sweep," the property is real estate ready." That's completely false. I contacted them about furniture and household items, in particular some of the dreaded "brown" furniture that lurks in many of our homes. They took weeks to respond, and then Yvonne indicated they would come take things away because it was "worth the trip." When a man (her husband the auctioneer) arrived, he cherry-picked a few items, almost no furniture (nothing large). He left us with a very full estate. Zero communication for another few weeks, then a mysterious check for some of the cherry-picked items arrives in the mail. No communication about what didn't sell. No response to email asking about how the process works. Where's the rest of the stuff? One of the items listed with the statement is a table for $0. Does that mean they sold my item for $0? Why didn't I just get it back if they were going to sell it for $0? I could have donated it and taken a tax deduction at least. I can see why buyers like them because they try to pick nice stuff. I have nothing good to say about the selling experience with them and will never recommend them to anyone. I could have done better on Facebook marketplace. Or, directly to a consignment shop. They seem to appeal to other dealers, so the auction prices are overall lower because the buyer is going to resell and mark it up.
