If I could leave zero stars I would. This store is the worst store I have ever entered. I showed up on a Monday to pick up my phone that I had purchased late Thursday night to find out that my order had been cancelled. The only condolences they could offer were a new phone for hundreds more than the original one I had purchased. They told me they had the phone I had ordered but due to the cancellation of the order, which was not my doing, I could not get the phone. Verizon is refusing to do anything to help me. Clearly this is a company that does not care about contracts or their clients. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. The employees at this location were very rude and treated me as if I was unintelligent. They told me they would not help me and instead to call Verizon which I had already done and received no help. I highly recommend finding another service provider. This company is extremely unreliable. Unfortunately I am stuck due to several current contracts with the company and am unable to switch service providers at this time. As soon as my current contracts are up, I will be switching. Whatever you do avoid Verizon. Do not trust their promotions as they will just cancel the order on you.

I’m existing Verizon customer with family plan. Went into this store to add two more lines. They took me in immediately and employee Geno quickly added two lines. He was pleasant and said he will get the activation fee waived as soon as his manager comes in half an hour and they will text me to confirm. He gave his cell to call if we don’t get a text. Guess what, we signed up but never got that text. Called Geno’s cell thrice and left voicemails. He didn’t pick up and hasn’t returned any of my calls. Three days now. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Terrible service to even existing long time customer.

This used to be a nice Verizon store with great customer service. Not anymore!. The customer service here is terrible! They all seem like they hate their jobs and are very bothered by helping people. Any question I ask they hand me a phone number that I have to call because they can't help me. Even with purchasing accessories they would not give me my work discount and very rudely said I had to call customer service to get it. Did not offer any suggestions whatsoever. Always a bad experience at this store and will drive further to a few towns over where they are very pleasant and helpful.

Switching back to AT&T because Verizon cell service is atrocious in this area. I never ever had connectivity issues with AT&T and only left them due to $$$. Verizon even sent me a signal booster and it barely works correctly either. Oh well.

I went in to find/look a new iPhone and the options, I first waited a decent amount of time and then after that I spoke to someone that seemed very unenthused and not very helpful. Pretty disappointing considering I was going to drop a decent amount of money.

The manager and one other guy, can’t remember his name, were very helpful with getting Wi-Fi for my new place. Quick, easy, and Wi-Fi is working great already. Highly recommend

Had a good exp with this location, they were very friendly and informative and helped sort out some issues I had with my account pretty quickly. I worked with Josh mostly, he was awesome, but everyone there was super nice and helpful. Thank you!

Says open until 7pm and when I showed up they are closed at 6:15. Guy in the car next to me had a Verizon shirt on and never even rolled his window down to say anything to me after he clearly saw me, pulling on the door handle.
