No idea why the entire pharmacy staff needs to take lunch together, kicked out of line at 1:29 because they need to take their lunch so now I need to move around my entire schedule, god forbid they take separate lunches to keep the department open like they do for the rest of the store

Waited 15 mins. In line and gave up and left could not stand in line another min. 5 people in line waiting. 5 people behind counter one person at register filling out forms for Covid shots for two people .

Pharmacy has issues! No help. Slow service. No drugs available for what you need and make you wait until you are sick when you finally receive your order. Very bad thing. Happens quite often for me.

This pharmacy is terrible. They only fill
Partial prescriptions of mine and takes forever to get the rest. I have been on the phone for an hour trying to contact them. Not answering

All five stars for the pharmacy staff led by George. The store is under staffed and not maintained by corporate (freezers broken, empty shelves). The staff is amazing despite the poor conditions.

The pharmacy takes absolutely forever to fill prescriptions. I have a number of medications I need to take with monthly refills, and even when I request a refill a week in advance, I usually still need to call the pharmacy to get them rushed. It’s obvious whenever I show up that they’re understaffed so I don’t blame the staff that’s there, but getting medication is too important to take this long. I had a wisdom tooth removal earlier this year, and the prescription painkillers took so long that I didn’t need them anymore. It’s ridiculous.

Went to get passport photos b/c they include digital copies which is what I needed to file passport online. Employee never told us that their system was down so they only gave us hard copies which I can't even use. Manager wouldn't refund and didn't care that we wasted over 30 dollars (3 photos) for something we couldn't use. Terrible management and customer service.

Went to pharmacy with 1 in front of me 20 min still standing there..decided to go to drive thru been sitting at the window for the last 15 min no one even noliged I was there..very disappointed

Terrible service. Completely inept. Takes days to fill a prescription and there’s always a long queue. I will never be filling prescriptions here again.

Terrible service for years now. The pharmacy is under-staffed so that perscriptions take days to be filled. The staff can't/won't answer the phone to check if Rx is done, the automated info gives incorrect data on your Rx, and, at times, the Rx is wrongly filled due to rushing. It must be a terrible place to work. It certainly is if you want/need your Rx filled in a timely manner.

It took 2 weeks to renew my prescription that I needed. Then you wait in line for an average of 20-30 minutes. They definitely need more help at this store :(
