They get a prescription from my doctor and sit on it for days saying it's "in progress"

I changed all my scripts from CVS to this pharmacy because I was unhappy with CVS's service. What i found is that the service of this little Walgreens in BELLINGHAM is atrocious. I just tried to use the voice system to re-order a couple of Scripps. These are two different creams with two different names but I found that they both have the same pharmacy number. I was put on hold three different times while trying to speak to a pharmacist. I'm done with this kind of poor customer service. They are only open until 8 o'clock at night. I went there one weekend after I called a script in and they wouldn't give me the script because there was no pharmacist on duty.Transferring everything back to CVS in Milford. I'll see frustrations there, but at least I'll get through to somebody. Maybe I won't get the med error of having two different prescriptions under the same prescription numbers. Why we accept this kind of customer service, is beyond me.

This review is for people trying to decide where to get their flu shot this year (Oct 2020). Dislikes -- The Walgreens tech (Relatively young, chatty, makes jokes) kept putting us off. An hour we sat waiting near the pharmacy window. For a kid, that is torture. At CVS they at least offer to call you when they're ready but not here. He just kept lying and saying, "One sec, one sec." Please: First come, first serve. Anyone bringing a kid for a shot knows you want to spend the least amount of time possible sitting around thinking about what's going to happen. While I was doing my best to entertain her and keep spirits up, another issue the poor kid had to tolerate at this Walgreens was two older ladies about to fight in line because the tech, completely ignoring the line (again, first come first serve!), took a white couple, who had just walked in, before the latina lady who had been there nearly 20 min. I had to turn around and ask them to please stop, because the fighting got THAT bad and there's a nervous kid here anxiously awaiting a needle. I shouldn't have had to do that. Their tech ignored it, even after I brought it to his attention quietly. Likes -- We liked the older man who finally gave us both our vaccinations. He seemed competent, the shot was over within 3 sec, didn't hurt. My child said it helped that he talked while he did it. And she liked that he could work WHILE he talked. Honestly, we should have been in and out of there given the 20 seconds it took administering our shots. Walgreens shouldn't expect any customer, nevermind a child, to sit for an hour anticipating a needle in an unsafe waiting area. Really...Adults throwing slurs at each other? Escalating tensions? With all the family-friendly fun of an abusive household! Not a great first time flu shot memory (for her or me). So, our search for a regular annual flu shot spot is still on! Yes, next year we will roll the dice again and hope it's a more pleasant, respectful, efficient visit at a new location. Since it couldn't be much worse than that one. (The only reason they were a step UP from CVS was that they figured out how to use my child's masshealth ins. whereas the CVS tech from Uxb. said I had to pay $50. So we left.)

Had to pick up a prescription. There was a big line in store, so we hit the drive thru. The employee at the drive thru was very nice and had quite a sense of humor! He def made the experience fun!

Super helpful staff that always watches out for their customers whether it's in the photo department helping you download pictures, or the pharmacy, make up counter or check out. They make sure you know about deals and coupons for the items you are buying. Very sincere and neighborhood vibe type of store

For the woman at the register, in the black glasses with the rhinestones...I just ran in to get some dish washing detergent, not to hear your political views. You just assumed I would agree with you but I didn't. It makes me want to stay away from this store, which isn't fair to the store. Management; you might want to train people to keep their personal opinions to themselves...especially when totally unsolicited. smh!

Help could be a little more pleasant. Also, the pharmacy opens at 8:00. Why did the pharmacist step out at 8:30 and make everyone wait for their prescriptions? I waited for 20 minutes and could not wait any longer. Not Happy!

The pharmacy is so slow it amazes me that they get anything filled at all. The younger pharmacists at least have some personality ... the older ones are unfriendly duds. And .. if I have to hear someone tell me "be well" after I ring up my stuff one more time Im going to lose it. So stupid!

I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. Everyone is always pleasant and very helpful - in person and over the phone. I have used them for years.
