The older lady (on the heavier side) with long gray hair that works at self check out in the morning is ignorant. Every time I go to scan my stuff she has to come up to me and touch everything which is unacceptable and not necessary (especially with Covid going around) There was a clearance sticker on my shoes and she tells me I need to scan the shoes inside the box and not the clearance sticker, how does that make any sense? That's lie I myself used to work at Walmart and she clearly just thinks she's security for no reason, what's the point of "self checkout" Waiste of time coming here they need to hire better workers for the front end.

It's such a shame that there's such a small Walmart nearby.

I can’t speak much for the remainder of the crew but there’s a gentleman named Kevin often running the self checkout and I just want to say how great a guy he is. He’s very professional, always in a great mood and super nice. Me and the fellas often look forward to our visits just to see Kevin. I call him K-Dawg. Genuinely just such a great guy. He is the definition of a lad, and every interaction with him is great, he fist bumps us goodbye. Love that guy.In addition to him, I stopped by today to buy a new ps5 controller and a gentleman had helped me, I forget his name but he was wearing a hat and said he was new if that helps identify him so he receives the credit he deserves. I asked him to pick the color off the controller I got and we had a good interaction.

absolute swell if a fella at the self checkout line, dudes awesome just chatting up talking bout life n we just really connected he made my walmart bellingham massachusetts 02019experience so much better, the guy was well spoken and very professional while still treating me with respect and pure kindness, super helpful, i’m missing both my arms so he reached into my pocket for me to take my card out and help me pay after scanning all my groceries and even gave me a coupon that someone left behind that he easily could of kept for himself, and he was super nice to my kids he held my 2 year old for me n helped feed him while scanning the items because he was being fussy, the dudes name is kevin and i hope i get to see him and that big friendly welcoming smile at the self checkout line next time i’m at my local walmart shopping so i can thank him again for his help, once again his name is kevin, great guy!

Meh it’s Walmart. Get the stuff you need and get out. Throw on your pjs before you go if you want to fit in with the vibe. It does have a good variety, not always the cleanest place. If you want to get sick you can probably get anything at Walmart.

If I could give a rating with no stars I would but I can't unfortunately. This is just what I have to say based on my experience. They take shoplifting very seriously for first timers unless you're a constant shoplifter and I find that very concerning because me and a couple of my friends just got charged with shoplifting today and I have never stolen from anywhere until today (Idk about them) and they charged me 2 years from any Walmart. And on top of that, the way they were talking to us was really unhelpful and they were constantly using the SH word along with the facial expressions they had and that personally did not make me feel comfortable expressing to them because the attitude they gave throughout the "talking" was harsh enough. To me, the security is a joke based on what I had to go through today. Not only that, but the fact that if the rest of us were there, they wouldn't have said ANYTHING because my other friends have shoplifted multiple times from not just there but other places in the area and around the state that I was actually there for (some days) and somehow they never got caught? I want that to make sense but somehow it doesn't. They disliked my attitude but yet the way their service was towards us was just as bad. The name calling (calling us immature ash constantly), the swearing, and giving 2 years is just crazy. I don't even have a lawyer and now I need one because of what went down in that store. People like them wonder so many things that people like us have already figured out. The police suck. I know all my rights and I know they violated a few important ones that I would love to bring up in court. Regardless of what I had just done, I still think 2 years is pretty harsh for a first timer. I've never even been there before and now every Walmart has somebody to watch out for. They also told us that if we emptied the bag we would be free to go. They lied. And I knew that because the judge makes that decision. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help you guys gave us tonight. Amazing job you guys did actually watching the cameras today. ????
