I showed up at 10:20 to simply drop off cable boxes when I walked in there was two workers both attending to people and two people in front of me. I asked if there was just an area I could drop my cable boxes off and they told me no I had to wait so I waited 20 minutes later. They’re still with the same people and there is now a line of seven people. I understand that each person needs attention, but the fact that you have two people working on a Saturday where most people have the day off is mind blowing to me and the fact that you don’t have a better system for people who are simply just dropping off items instead of needing 20 minutes of help and making them potentially wait an hour just to drop off cable boxes for the people in front of them. I ended up having to leave after waiting 20 minutes. And have to drive another 20 minutes back later so I don’t get charged for keeping my cable boxes

Went to your location last week to add a line to existing phone. Man at door explained to us we had to go to Connecticut store to do what we were looking for.
Drove 2.5 hrs round trip , waited an hour in the store for them in 5 seconds to tell us it could not be done
Decided to go back to the Bellingham store, this time, was greeted by Jacob. We shared our situation. He kindly listened, explained, thought about a couple of things, explained in detail the steps we need to pass to be able to do what we wanted.
He is exceptionally knowledgeable , kind, and patient. He guided us with a positive attitude, and was able to achieve what we needed in about 20 minutes! What an asset to your company!! We are grateful that we didn’t give up after being pushed away from 4 other representatives from the Comcast company including a manager in the Connecticut store.
If anyone needs a professional, knowledgeable representative on questions regarding your phone, options and availability this guy can make it happen. Thank you Jacob Oliveira!!

You save your money on the phone bills, but waste all your time with the customer support… It is like pulling teeth just to do simple tasks, and you waste all your time trying to solve simple tasks.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This was the biggest mistake was giving them a chance.

I went to this store to discuss my mobile plan, but did not get any help. I have been here before and received assistance. It’s annoying though when you wait for 25 minutes and still no one waits on you. Online assistance is a hassle also when I want to review my plan. I got in touch with someone on the phone to review the plan, but it still did not resolve my question on data rate charges.

I would like to thanks lance. I’ve been getting text and voice messages from xfinity I thought he explained to me they were scam calls. You’re so lucky to have amazing employee that explained it to the customer and cares. I would like to thanks lance Lance for helping me understand the crazy scam that out there!!! Thank you Lance for all customers of xfinity your amazing and I thank you!

Had a great experience yesterday with Jacob customer service rep. He was patient and compassionate as I had to replace my mom‘s phone, Very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you Jacob!

Do not go to this store. Even if the reps are standing near the front door they will not greet you. They stare and hope someone else will come forward. We’ve seen this behavior every time we’ve walked in. If you are over 40 don’t go near this place because no one wants to deal with you. Unfortunately we overlooked this behavior and bought 2 phones. After we received them in the mail, we went back to have them transfer data and make them user friendly. They didn’t want to do this either. We had to go to the store in Framingham.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the store to pay my bill and found two employees engaged in conversation. When I approached one of them to process my payment, he took my information and told me I had no balance due. I asked him to confirm, but he insisted I didn’t owe anything. I showed him the Xfinity app clearly stating that I owed money, but he dismissed it, saying I had probably paid in advance. I told him that wasn’t the case, yet he seemed more interested in returning to his conversation with the other employee than helping me. When I left the store, I called customer service and was informed that I in fact owed $55. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I have been to this place many times and it would be helpful if anyone there was qualified. They are NOT customer friendly and Karen might want to get a personality it is a service position. Thanks for nothing, Comcast. Oh, I forgot the huge bill!

Went in because my internet was down and xfinity were saying it was my modem. Jacob and his manager were really helpful, set me up with a new modem and better plan. Unfortunately it didn’t fix my down internet ☹️ when I got home , but those guys were really helpful. I’ve got to wait for a tech to come out.

Keith is who you want to call before going to the store because he will fix any problem you have without wasting your time. He genuinely cares with his determination and motivation to have a happy customer and a successful trip! Save yourself the hassle and make a quick call that can change your whole experience!! Feel free to ask Keith to run the numbers too for comparison with another company and he actually knows the competitions plans and promos! That's above and beyond to me! It's May and he said my bill won't change until July so be patient. We shall see! Second time working with Keith.

Dealing with Xfinity over the phone or through their chat bot is always blood boiling. So so happy I decided to come to this location for help - Lance and Jonathan were super helpful and resolved the issues I had with my Xfinity services.

Stopped in twice to gather info quickly on new phone, and then purchase. Both times worked with Lance who was phenomenal. Not only great with me, but you could tell he genuinely cared about all customers he worked with while I was there.
