Belmont Books is a cozy two-story independent and family-owned bookstore right in the center of Belmont. It is a wonderful little store with walls and walls of books, a great selection, and a great children's section. It is a great place for book gifts. The staff is wonderful and friendly, offering great service. The store also has the Black Bear Cafe, with coffee, tea, pastries, hot chocolate, and seating. It is a great place to read a book, work, do homework, or browse for hours. They have lots of author events, staff picks, and can quickly order anything they do not have. It is a beautiful gem with a great atmosphere.
A really wonderful bookstore curated with books of all sorts that are carefully chosen. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They’re always willing to order a book and it’s so much nicer to support them than amazon! Lovely little Cafe as well with yummy baked goods.
