I have been trying to use this bank for weeks, but they are never open at convenient hours. If you’re only open from 9-4, who is using your bank? Closed on weekends, closed on holidays, closed before 5 PM. Am I crazy? What is going on here?

What an embarrassment of a branch. 2 customers trying to make a deposit and over 15 minutes waiting for 1 single teller to help. Had to leave and go back another time. Embarrassing management

I had a business account that I couldn’t write checks from. The problem wasn’t resolved after 4 visits, so I closed the account. The service is incompetent and maddening.
