Call to ask about cashing a check and not depositing it. Was told yes, sure, come on down, you can cash and make a cash deposit. Only to go and be told nah we can't cash that. I hate wasting time. I went on my lunch break and could've easily done a mobile deposit.

I have been trying to use this bank for weeks, but they are never open at convenient hours. If you’re only open from 9-4, who is using your bank? Closed on weekends, closed on holidays, closed before 5 PM. Am I crazy? What is going on here?

What an embarrassment of a branch. 2 customers trying to make a deposit and over 15 minutes waiting for 1 single teller to help. Had to leave and go back another time. Embarrassing management
